From setting appt , drop off and during service I was kept in the loop ! The young lady who advise what I needed was extremely helpful and friendly. I even had issue after leaving the dealership that cleared up but they stayed in touch

We are having a problem with the gas gauge arm sticking on our new Compass Jeep. Yesterday the service crew at Fitzgerald worked on it all day and eliminated several possible causes. We will see what happens next time we fill up. They are very knowledgeable and care about their customers.
