“I cannot say enough about the bountiful collection of beautiful furniture and home decor at Marcotte’s. I have purchased a few larger pieces for my home and numerous other decor that helped make our home not only beautiful, but cozy and comfortable. There is a good selection of unique items for the perfect gift. The customer service is over the top. Special shout out to Kristie who worked diligently with me to find just the right item I wanted for our new coffee table. Kristi was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful yet not pushy.”
“Was serviced immediately even with other customers being helped who were ahead of me. Very friendly staff and lots of cool art for sale along with frames. Also have a good selection of artsy greeting cards. I recommend this place!”
“I was apprehensive about buying a light fixture unseen as the style I wanted was in a catalog only. The staff was super helpful and he went almost directly to a page in one of their dozens of catalog vendors and picked out the lighting here. It hit all my wants/needs and is perfect for my space. This is the difference between seasoned pros and online boiler room order takers. They can't have everything on display, but don't give up if yours is not there to touch.”

“I had such an amazing experience today with a young lady names Paola that worked night shift tonight. I had an issue with a return, but she was so kind, compassionate, and understanding with me. She educated myself on the process and granted what I came in for. Nowadays customer service is a hit or miss often leading to more misses than hits, with an over abundance of rudeness and rejection in most instances. That was not the case tonight. Kudos to Ms. Paola Lamelas! I am so grateful for the opportunity to run into you tonight and the love and care that you showed me! ❤️”
