“Absolutely love this place! If I could give more stars I would. My family and I went in over the weekend to just look at their inventory for a dresser. While looking around the store they occupied my child with a game (finding hidden bananas), so I could take measurements and make a decision of what fit my needs. I ended up finding 2 dressers that would work perfectly for my needs that were discounted. I took one home same day and was able to pick the second one up a couple of days later. Customer service was outstanding, the products they have in inventory are amazing, and I will definitely be coming back for more. THANK YOU!!!”

“If you are buying living room furniture, I strongly recommend Sami as a salesman at Hudson's! We needed a new sectional couch and reclining chair and he was outstanding. Sami is incredibly knowledgeable and offered many options across a wide range of budgets. No pressure advice and eager to answer all of our questions. “Check this place out. Retro furniture place.Update 1/21/24We got some cushions redone for some dining chairs we received as a gift. My wife wanted a mid-century modern feel. This place has a great selection of curated fabrics to choose from and they can replace the cushions for you. They did a great job and the price was affordable. They take square and cash.I would say just go and check it out to get inspiration. They know a great deal of information about the furniture which is a plus.”

“Was greeted immediately on entering the store by Laurie. This lady is a ball of energy and passion! She is very excited about selling outdoor furniture and did a wonderful job at helping us select the correct pieces to fit our area. Was quoted a 6-8 week lead time to get our furniture (my wife ordered special), we received a call at 5.5 weeks that our order was ready. They asked for full payment before delivery. I admit I was skeptical and not to kind on the phone with Zack about paying site unseen ($8,000 worth) as we have had several bad experiences with vendors that take your money and then ghost you when there is a problem. I’m very happy to say that Patio Casual came through with flying colors! Not only was the furniture complete, in perfect condition and delivered at the time promised, was also set in place for us. Zack even gave us a demonstration and training on using our new fire table. A++++++ start to finish for the Patio Casual team. I’d definitely buy from again and recommend them to my friends. Ask for Laurie….you’ll get a kick out of her…..ENERGY!”

I contacted the Sarasota store and worked with Madison who was friendly, patient and went above and beyond to get the shelves. “Back in October, I wandered into the Countryside Mattress Firm to test out some hybrids with the idea of seeing what I liked, then buying something cheaper, but hopefully similar, online. Then I met Randal! Mattress Firm needs to do whatever it takes to keep this guy around, let me tell you! He is personable, knowledgeable, and really works with you to help you find what you like and don't like. He spent a considerable amount of time with me.... and then I left. Came back two weeks later with my husband and he helped us again - again spending quite a bit of time having us try out several beds to get a feel for what we wanted. And again - we left.We went home and talked and decided it was a big enough purchase to warrant the expense and be assured we were getting something we liked. And we were very impressed with Randal's customer service! So, two weeks later we made sure Randal was there and went back to purchase!We got our bed and I actually did not like it. Slept on it for 26 nights, went back to plead my case to Randal. As soon as I told him I was unhappy, he didn't need any details and was ready to make it right! That is great customer service. I made my choice on a replacement with no hassle at all, got it, and LOVE IT!I made sure to go back to the store and thank him and let him know this was a good choice. Finally, If Randal had not been so helpful on my very first visit, I never would have made that 2nd trip back to the store. That is the power of a great salesperson!”
