In those 10 days Jill far exceeded any expectations I could ever have had for pet care. It started with curbside drop off that was so easy & so convenient! Then came the pictures, updates, all of the love and snuggles and the way he was made to feel like one of her pack the entire time he was there! When I picked him up he was clean, nails trimmed (which is no small feat) and his temperament was that of a dog that had just left a 5 star resort stay! As a dog Mom who seldom trusts anyone with their little dog, all I can say is that if you're not using Jill for grooming and boarding, you & your fur baby are missing out!

He has had many different groomers at this location but I must say I have never been disappointed with the service. They are all very polite and take good care of my Dog. He is a little shy but they are patient and get the job done. The pricing is fair (for a medium size dog expect to spend 80-120 including the tip for a grooming) as I have a husky he gets the deshedding package and a mini groom. It saves my sanity and vacuum from having to pick up tumbleweeds of husky hair!

2481 Sunset Point Rd, ClearwaterDr. Lind and the rest of the staff were amazing! I scheduled an appt with them because my older poodle, Seren had what we thought might be several atypical seizures. Dr. Lind spent over an hour examining her as well as talking to me about possible causes. I had a lot of questions, and she very kindly answered them. She suggested that we could do a MRI and spinal tap to rule out anything, but at no point was she pushy about doing it. She is a very compassionate and kind doctor as well as being very intelligent and well-informed. The office gave me a quote and told me they could do it same day. When I made the appt, I was given an estimate over the phone and it was in-line with the quote they gave me. The quote included everything, and was very comprehensive. When Dr. Lind talked about additional tests, I got a little worried that it would be a lot more than my over-the-phone quote, but it wasn't. Both Seren and I felt very comfortable here throughout. I opted to do the testing, and they gave me updates throughout the day of how Seren was doing and I really felt like the office truly cared. We were very lucky that nothing bad showed up on the test, and Dr. Lind ended up prescribing an anti-seizure medication that she thought would work the best for Seren with her age and size. They also assured me that they were around to answer ANY questions I had. If you find yourself in the unhappy situation of a beloved pet having seizures or any other neurological condition, I would without a doubt recommend this team.

Last week our 10 year old Dobie was very sick. We left him in the care of Dr. Bendit for 4 days. We brought him back home and he is so full of energy due to the treatment of the doctor and his staff. He is a miracle worker. We thought we had to put him to sleep. Zeus is happy to be home. We thank you so much!

They are not trying to upsell products or judgmental. Very reasonable prices. It is so difficult to find a Vet that you like and feel comfortable bringing your pet there. I went to Dr. St. John for over 25 years, who retired, but I think this is my new vet. And.....they called me the next day to check on my dog! Unbelievable and fantastic!!

The facilities are clean and modern, and every visit I’ve been taken straight back to a room, which makes a huge difference when you have a stressed-out kitty. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and kind.
My cat needed fairly extensive dental work that I was initially hesitant about, but Nicole took a lot of time to walk me through the procedure and reassure me. Everything went smoothly, and I received email updates and photos the day of surgery, which I really appreciated. My little guy is doing so much better now.
Dr. Maedel has wonderful bedside manner, and it’s obvious she genuinely loves what she does. Thank you for taking such great care of my cats.

The atmosphere is a bit community coffee house with wooden chairs, but I can imagine it's a nice place for teens and such to bring friends and hang after school. Very chill environment.
