Our dog is very anxious and can be quite the squirmer when she's uncomfortable, but Jill is incredibly patient and always makes her feel safe, comfortable, and happy.
She is consistently communicative, whether it's letting us know about any matting that may affect the haircut or if she's running a little behind (which is rare, as she's usually very timely). The haircuts are always excellent, and we love the thoughtful touch of the adorable bandana she sends our pup home with—often themed for the season or holidays. We highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and dependable groomer!

My hotel doesn’t have a hose and the 3 dog parks I stopped at had their dog wash stations closed. I pulled in with a hope and a prayer that someone could help me and Adrian (I think was his name) and the head groomer saved the day. After butt wipes didn’t work they hosed my girl Lavender off and took great care of her even though it was closing time. I’m so grateful. Not just for help with the smell and the mess but for their kindness and generosity. We come to the area often and will be back for more treats and toys. Thank you for helping me and my fur baby!

The staff mainly Josh was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, which is so important when trusting someone with your dog. Banjo can be a little particular, but they handled him with care and made the whole experience stress-free.

Last week our 10 year old Dobie was very sick. We left him in the care of Dr. Bendit for 4 days. We brought him back home and he is so full of energy due to the treatment of the doctor and his staff. He is a miracle worker. We thought we had to put him to sleep. Zeus is happy to be home. We thank you so much!

They are not trying to upsell products or judgmental. Very reasonable prices. It is so difficult to find a Vet that you like and feel comfortable bringing your pet there. I went to Dr. St. John for over 25 years, who retired, but I think this is my new vet. And.....they called me the next day to check on my dog! Unbelievable and fantastic!!

On top of that, I received a card at home after the passing of my cat, Benny signed by the staff along with a paw print of my cat. Losing my cat was heartbreaking but I felt supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better clinic.

13662 Automobile Blvd, ClearwaterI love Bay Paws Pet Resort. I know weather I'm sending my pup Charlie there for a day of play, a bath or a weekend away she's in the best hands. The staff always makes me feel welcome when I walk in and they're always excited to see Charlie.
I love how clean the facility is when you walk in and it doesn't feel like a boarder. Prior to finding Bay Paws I went to a different boarder in the area and I thought it was normal for it to smell like dogs and have the sounds of barking the entire time. At Bay Paws that is not the case. My dog use to come home with no voice and lethargic and I thought that was just part of boarding your pet.
Having access to the camera feeds is such a plus, because I know I can pop on at any time and see her.
They are also so accommodating. My parents dog was much older and did not like to be alone so we were able to board my dog and theirs together in the same suite when we would go away as a family.
My dog has separation anxiety from me and when she is there that anxiety goes away once she goes through the doors. She always has a blast and I am able to see that on the camera.
She has also been going to Jamie for grooming her entire life and I wouldn't go to anyone else for that because she ALWAYS looks amazing when I pick her up.
If I could give Pay Paws 100 stars I would because they truly are the best.
