Our dog is very anxious and can be quite the squirmer when she's uncomfortable, but Jill is incredibly patient and always makes her feel safe, comfortable, and happy.
She is consistently communicative, whether it's letting us know about any matting that may affect the haircut or if she's running a little behind (which is rare, as she's usually very timely). The haircuts are always excellent, and we love the thoughtful touch of the adorable bandana she sends our pup home with—often themed for the season or holidays. We highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and dependable groomer!

Firstly let’s start with the front desk ladies… all so sweet and so responsive! I never had to wait too long for a call back, if they don’t pick up the phone within the first ring or two.
Secondly, the techs… all of them treated my dogs with so much love! Cuddles, kisses and just genuine care.
And Dr. Mary, who literally spent as much time as I needed to understand my dog’s procedure. She’s so patient and knowledgeable
I felt so comfortable with my dogs under their care!
During his surgery, they called me multiple times and gave me multiple updates through text. I was so anxious about this surgery, my dog is 13 years old and had 12 teeth and a growth removed in his mouth and one on his elbow. So it was a long surgery, but everything was so smooth, from the initial appointment, to the pre op, during the procedure and as I picked him up.
I’m truly grateful to have access to such an amazing team! My dogs are truly my everything and I couldn’t have found a better vet clinic to care for their health!

1-the prices are so reasonable! They are not ripping people off!
My pup was spayed while in heat, microchipped, & 3 after surgery meds for pain and to keep her calm, and had a Bordatello vaccine for $429! I was quoted over $800 just for the spay NOT in heat at other places!
2- they have availability very fast! I was on a 2 month waiting list!!
3- they have the most friendly staff!
They are welcoming! They are helpful!
4- they have a CLEAN facility!!
5-it doesn’t take all day for appointments! My husband took our other dog and she had some biopsies and things done. The drive there and back and the visit. He was gone an hour! Seriously!!
6- waiting room is never over crowded!
I am serious- I literally have so many things I could say!!
They didn’t just call me one time after my pups surgery! They have contacted me everyday since!!
Why would anyone take their pet anywhere else!!! The are the example of what a veterinary clinic should be!! Caring for our animals and not just doing it to get the almighty dollar!!!
So many people don’t take their pets to the vet because of the cost…

Such a nice group of people and worth the drive to Clearwater for.
