“I have been going to this Pet store for a few years and it has a wide variety of everything for your pets needs . Their prices are kind of on the high end really but I find it's worth browsing every so often when I'm in the area to possibly find a deal on discounted brands of bird food for my quaker parrots and some brands of dog food . Which they do have good deals on from time to time.
The help in the past was much friendlier and attentive. On a recent visit my wife and I stood by the section for live crickets and the girls that were there (atleast 4 on duty ) clearly seen us and made every effort to avoid eye contact . After almost 10 minutes my wife had to go to the counter and ask for someone to provide us assistance.
No greeting walking in and the help just had a very unfriendly demeanor about them.
We got our crickets and checked out and to our surprise the girl at the checkout was polite .
All that given , the store does have almost everything we need for just about any pet we have and we have a mini zoo !
And some of the animals you can find for sale there are kittens,birds, rabbits,fish,reptiles ...
They also have a dog wash there indoors and supplies for just about any pet you own.
Other than a fish tank or 2 that needed some attention but all of their other tanks were pristine and loaded with healthy fish ! The whole store is always clean and well kept .
Overall we recommend stopping in for your pet supplies !
Maybe the staff was just having a bad day but otherwise it would have been 5 stars for us”

“great little pet store....very clean, organized, and fully stocked with some pretty good products...i rarely do purchases at the mom n pop pet stores these days mainly because of price and that there are so many other options out there if you want something specific. plus my dog is small and has everything he needs. but if you are one of those people who just likes to get everything at your local spot to keep it simple, then this is definitely your place”
“We appreciated the time spent with our dog. The vet took the time to really get to know our dog and what was needed for him. This place is a place where owners of the “bigger” dogs can can confidently take their dogs for a visit. Please know that your dogs have the best chance of unbiased care and treatment at Seminole Boulevard Hospital. This place was highly recommended to me by one of my neighbors who also has a big teddy bear of a dog. Ty for the best visit ever and looking forward to the future we have with this amazing team!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bark Avenue. My dog is extremely picky when it comes to treats, and the woman working there was so patient and kind, letting him sniff every option until he found something he liked. She truly cared about making sure he was happy.
On top of that, I started feeling very faint from low blood sugar and the heat while I was there. She immediately noticed, got me water, and helped me until I felt better. Her kindness and concern went far beyond customer service. I am incredibly grateful for how she cared for both me and my dog. Bark Avenue has earned a customer for life!”
“Best pricing around for my birdseed and the owner brings it out to my car. Ive been visiting Park Feed since the 80s...they dont have as much products like thry did back in thr day but that's due to all the modern stores, walmarts...highly recommend if you want to support a local provider.”

“My dog drank too much water at the beach while we were visiting and got straight liquid poo all over her butt hair. My hotel doesn’t have a hose and the 3 dog parks I stopped at had their dog wash stations closed. I pulled in with a hope and a prayer that someone could help me and Adrian (I think was his name) and the head groomer saved the day. After butt wipes didn’t work they hosed my girl Lavender off and took great care of her even though it was closing time. I’m so grateful. Not just for help with the smell and the mess but for their kindness and generosity. We come to the area often and will be back for more treats and toys. Thank you for helping me and my fur baby!”
“I absolutely love this store. I moved to New Port Richey and I still make the drive everytime. They are so knowledge and the food and treats are so natural and heathy, they take time in sourcing the food with best ingredients for our pets. I highly recommend to anybody looking for a great food source option for there pet to come here, it is worth every penny. I have been coming here for almost two years now and I will NEVER go to another pet store. My pups are so happy and heathy and I owe a lot of that to them!”

“really cute store and everyone’s friendly besides the male cashier with longer curly hair, i asked if i could flip a tortoise back right side up and he shook his head yes, then he talks under his breath “you’re not supposed to but you’re going to do it anyways” while my fiancee is right in front of him. rude. Nicer man in the back with the blonde curly hair gave me my feeder rats with a great attitude tho!”

“10/10 experience. kurt is a joy to talk to and incredibly well versed and respectful. i really hope he sees this review so he can know how good of a job he did at selling us on a snake! this place is honestly my disneyland. every animal is well taken care of and all of the “enclosure kits” are fully set up and high quality. i ended up putting a down payment on a ball python on visit one! and speaking of payments, theyre very affordable. i only paid 120$ for this beautiful snake in the first image!

“We took our dog to a park and realized he wasn't wearing his harness. We ended up here and the owner was so sweet! She helped us find a cute harness and gave our dog some treats that he loved! You can tell she loves what she does!”
“Could not be more amazed with Rebecca grooming our guy! We adopted him a couple months ago from the Humane Society - and he hates it when we bathe or brush him. Needless to say, the thought of getting him groomed was anxiety-inducing. Rebecca worked a miracle with our guy - he loved her. Beyond thrilled with how he turned out, too. “We found a dog wandering in our neighborhood that appeared to be partially blind and deaf. They immediately checked for a chip and the pup was reunited the next day with his family. Even though we arrived about 10 minutes before they closed they stayed late to get this pups information to get him back home.”

“Unfortunately I am surrendering my cat because I'm unable to take care of his due to my disability. Roo is such a sweetheart, loving, playful kitty and loves to eat. I'm dropping Roo off September 7 th in the morning and I feel really bad that I have to do this. The person who answered the phone was so nice, warm, kind hearted and very lovely. If you are looking for a perfect cat Roo is Amazing! If someone could possibly scoop him up that would be great! He's an orange cat. I will know more when I get there on Saturday 9/7/2024, but everything is going to go smoothly. Like I said the lady who I spoke to was so kind and understanding. I finally found a place for my cat. If anyone could possibly help out Roo ASAP please adopt him, you definitely are going to be getting a gentle, loving cat who loves attention and food.
