LOVE this bank. They are so friendly and efficient! They opened our new accounts and had us out of there in 20 minutes. When I was confused with the app and needed help, they were so helpful and I felt respected even though it was my fault. I feel like a valued customer rather than just an account number.

I can't complain. Everything is free!!!! No minimum! No direct deposit, no auto debit. All free I love free. I rarely deal with the bank. The man I opened up my account with was very nice. The rarity I've dealt with ppl at the bank were just fine.
