“From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”

“They let me in with my puppy. They were all nice and helpful. Just 1 person has to to make a comment about my puppy. He's too big for me.
