Hardware Stores in Clermont, FL

“I’ve been to Ace Hardware several times, and every experience has been outstanding. A special thank you to Keith, who has gone above and beyond to help me more than once. I’ve had issues with the splash shield under my car coming loose and flapping, and every time I’ve come in, Keith has come outside and helped me get it secured so I could safely get home.

On another visit, I came in for a completely different service, and once again the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.

It’s hard to find businesses that consistently treat people with kindness and go the extra mile, but this Ace Hardware does exactly that. Keith and the entire team have earned a loyal customer. Thank you for always being so wonderful!”

“From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”

“Visited the store today to rent wet vacuum, and was looking for some help…was very impressed by the work ethic of associate Andre (hope I got the name correct) , he went over and beyond to answer my questions and had a high intention to help.”

“My wife Isabela and I just been today in The store and we had the biggest luck to meet Andrew!!!! He is an amazing guy, very knowledgeable, and helped us to buy a combo and save money. He spent a considerably amount of time explaining us about many different subjects of our home (first experience living in a house). If you need any help I strongly recommend you look for Andrew to help you as well!!!! Thank you again for your help!”

“Andrew is the man. He helped with a not so easy return, and really went out of his way to help look into some decorations that we considered and even bought. He made our simple visit to Home Depot a 10/10 experience.”
