The staff consistently goes above and beyond to help. Whether you’re trying to find a particular item, checking to see if something might be available in the back, or looking for help with another option, they make the effort instead of simply pointing you in a direction and walking away.
I work in an industry that is heavily involved in AI, technology, and automation, so I understand how important technology has become to businesses. But experiences like this are also a great reminder that technology can never replace genuine human interaction and excellent customer service.
Hobby Lobby seems to understand that. Great products are important, but the way customers are treated is what keeps people coming back. This location consistently gets that right. Customer service over technology any day!”

“I was really surprised by some of the items I found here at this Ross. And I loved some of the prices. Actually, it's July and I managed to find some Christmas presents for this year for the family. Since we do like a gift exchange every year and I managed to find me some new shoes, something I haven't bought in almost 15 years because I have certain feet requirements. It was nice. It was clean. The people were friendly. It was in a good location. That strip mall was really nice. I don't know what all I can say. Good prices, good people friendly faces. Nobody was rude, it was nice.Especially in florida, where most people are rude”
