“I have been shopping at American Signature for years, mostly in part to my incredible sales rep Henry Williams. He has always gone above and beyond what any other furniture store rep has done for me. He always responds to my calls or texts, even if out of the store. He even helped me purchase our loft furniture when he wasn’t even in town, he was in an airport in the middle of a snowstorm up north!!! American Signature is great, has great products, and whenever I need something, Henry is my guy!”

“It’s really hard to compare my IKEA furniture to the real-wood furniture from Warehaus. Not only is this forever-quality, artisanal furniture but the owner is an absolute gem. We’ve gotten 2 pieces over a year from him and he even offered to make additional changes to best suit our needs. We cannot fathom choosing anyone else over Warehaus for quality furniture and service.”

“My husband and I popped in on a whim and I'm so glad that we did! We were greeted by such friendly staff members Syd in the garden and Amanda in the shop. Syd was VERY knowledgeable on all things garden. She even helped me identify a mystery plant that I've been growing. Turns out it's some type of funky orchid. She showed me around and helped me familiarize myself with several different plants. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices are! We will be back once we plan out the garden bed we have in mind!”

“Over the past several months we have had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Donovan from the design team in the Orlando Store and have found her to be professional and knowledgeable. She is an absolute joy to work with. After visiting our condo Jennifer was able to help us select fabrics and furniture pieces that really achieved the vision we had and complemented our existing furniture. Also, with her assistance we have been able to place pieces within other residences next to Ethan Allen pieces from many years ago. In every case we have found the products to meet or exceed our expectations.For the last shipment the delivery was handled by Taylor and Raymundo. Both men gave us the care and attention to detail that we have seen with every delivery to each location. They are professional and strive to do a great job.We would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for quality furniture and a first-class service experience. Absolutely five-star.”

“This store is amazing. It has a wide variety of items, such as candles, sunglasses, hair clips, purses, books, and cards. It looks like a store that would be super expensive, but I was surprised that the prices were reasonable. I got a nice pair of sunglasses for something like $15. One of the owners was there, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this is a great store and worth taking a trip out of your way. I came here after reading reviews, and it did not disappoint.”

“This store is literally the best and a must stop if you’re in Winter Park. Definitely eat beforehand because there is literally no food open in the area but nonetheless this shop is worth the trip! Super cute set up they have different vendors set up shop so there’s different “vibes” of vintage antique or up-cycled art and clothes for everyone’s tastes. I’ve visited 3 times in the last 5 years and I am from Chicago! Whenever I’m in Orlando I dedicate a day to see the Lovely. I found my prom dress there the vintage 70s dress of my dreams 5 years ago and now I have to go back and visit every time I’m close ♥️”

“We are blown away by the sales and service at this store. In January we called from Texas and spoke to Wendy at the Orlando store. We had a new home and lanai in The Villages, Florida that we needed to furnish. Wendy was incredible. She told us to bring the dimensions of our lanai and locations of doors and she would help us plan a layout. Fast forward to August and we made the trip to meet Wendy in person at the Orlando store. We spent hours at the store asking questions and getting answers about all things outdoor furniture. Wendy was phenomenal. We placed an order for Casual Comfort and it was delivered in October. Everyone claims to have white glove delivery but Leader's blows it out of the water!!! Our delivery was set for 0830 and we got a thirty minute automated call and sure enough the truck was here before the end of that time frame.Mike was our lead driver and he and his helper were polite and kind and laid down a furniture pad to wipe their feet as they entered our lanai with our furniture!!! We did not ask for this, Mike did this on his own. They went above and beyond any furniture delivery we have ever experienced. We had some issues with an umbrella not fitting and some cushions that were not the correct size but they were documented and promptly taken care of by both Mike, and the customer solutions and Wendy herself. We had such a great experience we placed a second order for more furniture!!! We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and how our lanai appears. Everyone has complimented us on our furniture and we are loving this new outdoor life on our lanai. Thank you Wendy and the team from Leaders!”

“I was looking for a couch/loveseat for quite awhile. Looked everywhere in Daytona and Orlando. I found Choice Custom Home Decor online. I saw something that I liked and contacted them. I told them the color and size I was looking for. They promptly send me 8 sets to look at. I fell in love with one of them. This was on a Thursday - I contacted them to check availability, I was told I can get it to you on Tuesday, and they did ! I took a chance with a company that I never heard of, something I don't usually do. I am thrilled with my new sectional ! It is gorgeous and comfortable.”

“Always a fun walk around, a bunch of great stuff, and very nice staff. Word of warning though....tons of individual booths and some are selling stuff waaaaay above market value. 100's of % points higher. If you see something you like. Take a photo using Google Lens and see if its being sold for a literal fraction of a cost online. Often I find products being sold there for $100+ that can be found on sites like Ali Express for $15. Which means they buy stuff on Ali Express and than sell it here to people to dumb to look it up. Don't be to dumb to look stuff up.”

“I came in looking for a specific item and I think it was obvious that I had never been in an Ace before. The young lady that was working must of senses that I was lost and asked if she could help me find something. I showed her what I was looking for and she immediately knew that they didn't carry it. She didn't leave me hanging, but offered other stores that may have it as well as having it delivered. Although I didn't leave with what I came in for, I just wanted to highlight the great customer service and with her guidance, was able to pick it up at another Ace store less than an hour later.”
