“I was in there recently. The young lady bagging my groceries asked me “How’s your morning going so far”. Wow! That was cool. I shop at Publix more than once a week. Every time, it’s always the same robotic question “Did you find everything that you were looking for?”. I’m really over that question. I mainly go to the self checkout to avoid. Then the person working that area says the same robotic question. If this was my business. I would provide a top 5 interaction options. Provides variety. I understand training the staff to be consistent. Please practice some other phrases. That would be awesome! I love Publix.”

“I just wanted to give a special shout-out to this Publix location for the consistently friendly and helpful service. ❤ And a big thank you for having fresh figs in stock! After almost seven years of looking for them, I was so happy to finally find them and make one of my favorite salads again. 🥰 It may seem like a small thing, but it really made my day. Thank you for always being so welcoming and attentive!”

“Shoutout to this amazing Aldi!! So impressed with how organized, and stocked their shelves are. Also, I had multiple questions about where things were and the manager, Frankie, was very kind and would personally tell me where things were, with a smile on his face. “Publix absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! As full-time RVers, we travel all over and experience a lot of different stores—but the kindness and hospitality we received here truly stood out. Katelyn, our cashier, was an absolute gem—so warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in our journey. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made our entire checkout experience feel personal and special. Elizabeth, the manager, was just as wonderful. She took the time to chat with us, made us feel welcomed, and created such a positive, uplifting atmosphere. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel like more than just a customer, but that’s exactly what they did. The conversation, the smiles, the genuine care—it all made our day. Publix should be proud to have such an incredible team representing them. We’ll definitely remember this stop on our travels!”

“1/21- Orlando was the best! He went the extra mile to go to the back of the store just to get me a Coke Zero! The front shelves by the counters were out of the Coke Zeros and when I asked him could he please help me, he immediately did.”
