“I never thought I’d find myself writing a review about a grocery store. Holy moly is this Publix? Excellent the customer service is beyond phenomenal. I came in to get a sub and everyone was so over the top friendly. Even when I go in asking for three subs there’s no pushback no bad attitude just excitement to help me out. Going into line to pay the bagger offered to take all my groceries out of my cart and put them on the belt, which is a small act of kindness, but still blew my mind. Then when unloading my groceries into my car, I had an employee come over and help me unload without asking and we had small talk. Super nice kid. Again didn’t think I’d find myself writing a review, but whoever’s managing the store you need to give your team a big shout out because it makes me proud to to live near such a friendly environment.”
“I walked into the store with the intention of grabbing some energy drinks. As I entered, I was greeted by shelves brimming with an impressive array of options, each brightly colored can beckoning from its spot. The atmosphere was inviting, and the store was impeccably clean, with polished floors reflecting the soft fluorescent lighting above. It felt like a refreshing oasis dedicated to energizing beverages.”
“This is a smaller Publix tucked into the middle of an already built strip mall area replacing a Trader Joe's. It has an amazing Deli and Bakery area and also carries smaller amounts of most selections you Will be looking for. I have never not found what I'm looking for. It is convient and a plesant experience with less crowds with Wells Fargo banking, Home Depot, Home Goods. Piezzano, dry cleaners, PDQ chicken, Clermont Jewlery, pet care and Mini Bundt cakes all in the same area. Publix made a good decision occupying that space.”

“Publix absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! As full-time RVers, we travel all over and experience a lot of different stores—but the kindness and hospitality we received here truly stood out.
Katelyn, our cashier, was an absolute gem—so warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in our journey. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made our entire checkout experience feel personal and special.
Elizabeth, the manager, was just as wonderful. She took the time to chat with us, made us feel welcomed, and created such a positive, uplifting atmosphere. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel like more than just a customer, but that’s exactly what they did.
The conversation, the smiles, the genuine care—it all made our day. Publix should be proud to have such an incredible team representing them. We’ll definitely remember this stop on our travels!”

“I emergently needed xeroform wound dressing as I had run out before my new shipment would arrive. Google said they were open but I'm assuming because of holiday hours they were closed. The owner still answered the phone and opened the store for me so I'd be able to bandage my large wound properly!”
“This Pharmacy is much closer to me. I used to go to the Championsgate one but I gotta say this one is the best. I made an appointment for 3 and I got there early. Didn’t realize they were going on break at 2 but he still gave me the booster early. The pharmacist is the best. Thank you and the check in lady was very nice too. I do hope my new insurance lets me use Publix Pharmacy still because this will be my go to.”

“The pharmacy was excellent! I had 4 prescriptions called in on a Monday morning in the rapid era of Flu season and all my prescriptions were filled and ready in record time. Laura was an angel at the front counter. Kind, patient and polite. She was everything I needed in a person this morning (As I am nursing 4 very sick family members). Matt the pharmacist (I believe that was his name) came right out to help me select the correct OTC cough medicine I needed. I wouldn't have been able to locate or figure it out without him. He was very patient kind and polite as well. Never rushing. All the staff in the back helping others and working were all staying busy, working hard, staying on track while providing kind and considerate service. Im so thankful to the staff in the Pharmacy today. They made a world of different. God bless you. PROVERBS 3:5-6”

“Another pharmacy couldn’t fill my prescription tonight. So I went here. It was a hassle. 15 miles away from the other pharmacy. And the other pharmacy provided the wrong address so it was hard to find this one. And I was told by one of the pharmacists here it couldn’t be filled today. But Ronald saved me and filled it. I love this pharmacy!”

“Talk about a busy place!! Wow this Walmart is packed with people, and the pharmacy is no exception. I came in today to pick up a prescription and of course there was a long line of cranky customers. They were loudly complaining about their prescriptions not being ready, among other wrongs done to them. When I got to the counter I was treated by the pharmacy tech who promptly found my prescription. I paid and waited for a consult from the pharmacist. She was the nicest! Next time you’re at a place that’s busy thank the people who are working away behind the scenes! Will come here every time I come to Clermont, fast, professional service!”

“Edit: end of 2025 to current my pharmacy experience here has made a 180 and the pharmacy manager is a rare asset in retail pharmacy.
initial: Zero warmth in the pharmacy staff. I had a prescription sent in on Friday and it was immediately placed on hold. I called and was speaking to someone on speaker phone about my prescription on hold; New flash! Multi-tasking leads to medication errors. Also, the technician at drive-thru (on Sunday) didn't even offer to speak with the pharmacist. I feel sorry for the patients that come here at their worst because there is zero empathy here. This pharmacy must be run understaffed like all of retail chains and that's not fair to any community. Remember every interaction can change one person's day for the better or for the worst.”
