“I have been to this publix numerous times and Racheal is absolutely amazing. She is pleasant and helpful and couteous. Actually all employees there are genuinely kind and pleasant. Amy in the deli is excellent. She is pleasant, and friendly. Always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. She keeps the line at the deli moving in a very efficient manner. Always happy to see her for her thoughtfulness.”

“I never thought I’d find myself writing a review about a grocery store. Holy moly is this Publix? Excellent the customer service is beyond phenomenal. I came in to get a sub and everyone was so over the top friendly. Even when I go in asking for three subs there’s no pushback no bad attitude just excitement to help me out. Going into line to pay the bagger offered to take all my groceries out of my cart and put them on the belt, which is a small act of kindness, but still blew my mind. Then when unloading my groceries into my car, I had an employee come over and help me unload without asking and we had small talk. Super nice kid. Again didn’t think I’d find myself writing a review, but whoever’s managing the store you need to give your team a big shout out because it makes me proud to to live near such a friendly environment.”

“Cheapest gas in town!!! You do need a membership, but they also have free tire air pump for everyone. Although depending what time of day you go there can be pretty long lines for the pumps, as I mentioned you can't beat their price on gas. It's just pumps though, no convince store attached---but they do have attendents if you need assistance.”
“1/21- Orlando was the best! He went the extra mile to go to the back of the store just to get me a Coke Zero! The front shelves by the counters were out of the Coke Zeros and when I asked him could he please help me, he immediately did.”

“I use this store everytime I stay at Summerbay. It is super convenient and complete. It has everything I always need, and is always super clean and organized.
Staff people is super friendly, 2 weeks ago I was running an errand and when she saw me buying through self-checkout a box of cereal, she made sure I was getting the best price; I just loved how she was paying attention to the clients benefits.”

“Ran in to grab lunch from the hot foods/deli counter. They had such a great selection to choose from. Great value for the price amd so delicious. I got the yellow rice with peas, black beans, pernil and plantains. So yummy!”

“Publix absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! As full-time RVers, we travel all over and experience a lot of different stores—but the kindness and hospitality we received here truly stood out.
Katelyn, our cashier, was an absolute gem—so warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in our journey. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made our entire checkout experience feel personal and special.
Elizabeth, the manager, was just as wonderful. She took the time to chat with us, made us feel welcomed, and created such a positive, uplifting atmosphere. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel like more than just a customer, but that’s exactly what they did.
The conversation, the smiles, the genuine care—it all made our day. Publix should be proud to have such an incredible team representing them. We’ll definitely remember this stop on our travels!”

“A GREAT store. Good customer service and excellent quality products. The only thing I have a problem with is that the Deli does not open up as early as the store itself. I do my grocery shopping early and I can't get any Deli products cause the Deli doesn't open for about an hour AFTER the store opens so I have to go a second time just to get what I need from the Deli.”

That's exactly why I wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding Costco employees, Tim R. and Jess, for the exceptional customer service they provided during my visit this weekend.
My husband and I were searching for several items, and both Tim R. and Jess immediately stepped in to help. They took the time to check inventory, search for the products, and personally ensure we were able to leave the store with the items. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to assist.
Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and commitment to providing excellent customer service made a lasting impression. In a world where exceptional service can be hard to find, Tim R. and Jess truly went above and beyond. Oh and we used one of the items yesterday and it was fantastic - the Dash Skillet! Other item is a Christmas Gift - so we can't wait for the holidays!”

“Food was delicious. We had a cheeseburger and fries, sushi, empanadas, ice cream, milkshake and nutella crepe. All of it was so good. We will definitely be back to try the places we were too full for. The live music was also very good.”

“Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son's 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me. The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.”

“We really ❤️❤️❤️ this store. Lots of parking and easily accessible. The stores is clean and ordering with lots of selections. I love the clothing markdowns. They have a huge deli counter of freshly sliced meats and cheeses. The app has mega amount of discounts for clipping. I like the Scan + Go feature. The staff are awesome. Twice something scanned twice + they caught it when I was going out and they checked my receipt. Now I count my items to be sure something didn't scan twice. They also have a Liquor store beside their front door that also sells lottery tickets. Great prices there too.”
