“Stopped here on the way back from Miami during hurricane Milton whilst returning home. Very nice and clean store. Well lit. Has tables so you can sit down and eat a meal. The staff was incredibly warm and inviting which is nice to see after a long trip across the state with no guarantee that your home is okay. They also had gas and full power with a nice big lot to get your vehicles in and out easily. Will stop here again when crossing the state.”

“It's convenient. Town is 20 mins away. For what it is, it's OK. NO NEED TO CALL THEY NEVER ANSWER. FRIENDLY staff although not many of them speak English they still try to help you or they'll stare while you shop. The owner is nice. Local camper shopping here for produce, grocery items & some meat. I decided to try the food one day & it was amazing. Definitely will be eating there again.Update: The food was dramatically different. The food was flavorless. The refried beans had no salt. The rice were overcooked & it's like I got the bottom of the pot not to mention my plate was not filled. The only good thing on my plate was the meat. Plate portions doesn't make sense my $5.99 plate VS $11.99 plate is shown (see pictures). When you ask for the large plate to be somewhat filled it's an additional $5.00 to fill THEIR portion size which is a small plate.Update: I went & exchange my plate with no hassle. I have noticed they do not have a consistent menu although it's always different which is cool. Today I got yellow rice, refried beans/pureed beans & ground beef & as the first time it was delicious... so much flavor.”

These two women really should get raises due to having such great attitudes. I look forward to the next time I visit The Dollar General in Clewiston again. Just to walk into the store, they treat you with respect and kindness. I like the store also. The restroom is spotless! Please give these two women something to honor them.”

“I shop at save-a lot all most every day. Today though I witnessed a true human being. I think his name is David and he is one of the managers there. It was raining outside pretty hard and this little sweet lady had a buggy full of groceries. Now this little lady was handicapped and Mr David, in the rain, took her keys from her and took her groceries out to her car and put them in her trunk and then drove her car to the front of the store. He got out helped her into her car in the rain. Mr David thank you for being who you are. Many blessings to you and your family and thank you for being human.”
