“Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”
