“Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”

“The store is open every day of the week with decent hours. The only thing missing is a dedicated parking spot for this store. Some of the food stores in the strip mall have a parking spot for their business. This would make the location a 10/10. Please consider it for quick drop off of larger packages.”

“I don't know why the Cocoa Commons UPS Store doesn't have a better review summary, we've been using this store since it opened and have never had a problem! They are all very nice and helpful... great people!
Customers should not expect to have their stuff properly packaged for free! If you can't do it right, or can't be bothered to look up how, then you should expect to pay something to have them do it for you.”

“Everyone who works there is always been super friendly and helpful for me. Even sometimes if I need a piece of paper printed out they'll just do it for me for free when I'm already spending 10 or $15 for a box so that's much appreciated. As a matter of fact that's about the only negative thing I can think of to say is that the boxes are pretty expensive to have to buy to ship something out like a pair of shoes. Thank you FedEx Merritt Island. Happy with your services and will continue to be a future customer at the Merritt Island location.”
