“This is a really nice, well maintained area that stands out for being incredibly clean and inviting. One of the biggest wins here is the abundance of parking. You don’t have to play musical chairs with your car just to get to the front door, which is a rare find in this part of town. They offer a fantastic and wide selection of stores to choose from, making it easy to knock out your entire shopping list in one go.”
“The Avenues has all the shops you need for an adventure. They also hold events in the courtyard.
Getting a bit crowded and hectic but entertaining nonetheless. Need another Avenue in a different area of Viera to make it more enjoyable”
“Ah yes… a plaza mid-transformation—caught between what it was and what it’s becoming.
They’re actively refurbishing the area and doing a solid job cleaning things up, but with that comes the usual construction side effects. Parking can be a bit chaotic at times, so patience is part of the experience.
Even with the work going on, it’s still a decent coastal plaza—and one that should shine a bit more once the dust settles.”
“12.20.25 update: We needed flowers for a hostess gift. So, we went to Publix for a wonderful bouquet. God's blessings to you. Aloha and Mele Kalikimaka!
Aloha, I go to the UPS store and Publix. God's blessings to you. Aloha”
“This place always delivers great food and has become one of my favorite spots in the area. The open seating makes it easy to relax, and there’s a wide variety of choices to satisfy any craving. Consistently good service and a welcoming vibe keep me coming back.”
“Beautiful courtyard for walking or shopping. They have candy, clothing and many other unique stores to enjoy. At night they have great mood lighting to sit outside and enjoy a drink or a meal nice place to relax with friends and family”
“Very informative and always incredibly helpful. I go in occasionally to find out what's going on in Viera. I'm also a local realtor. Teresa, Tom and the other woman (her name escapes me) are lovely and patient!”
“This was our first time @ beef 'o' brady's and their food was bomb. We had the shrimp appetizer I had the fish & chips and i was expecting the usual same old fish filet but it surprised me it was filling and qualitywas awesome. And I got the cheesecake which was better than cheesecake factory. My husband got this fancy burger he was in heaven. Service was great or server was polite and checked to make sure we were ok. Will most definitely go back.”

“My husband and I have lived here for a few years. It was a change for us as we were used to apartment life in busy urban areas. We both work remote and decided after leaving Miami to get more space, live in a quieter area and to spend more of our money on vacations, stay-cations and near-cations. The homes are nice and it’s a great location – close to beaches, decent shopping, and so many things within hours like Orlando, Palm Beach, Miami or Sarasota. Overall, we’ve been happy here. It’s quiet, it has a nice blend of people, and current manager, Briana, has been very on-point and super responsive. She strikes a great balance on getting things done, being reasonable and unintrusive. The latter is important to us since we’re often on work-related meetings or video calls for our companies. The current maintenance guy is a superstar and very hard worker. I believe his name is Johnny (may not be spelling that right). For quite a while, we never needed any maintenance work done. Then in a fairly short period, our AC went out and soon after, our washing machine. We were fully expecting to live with short-term pain on both issues, but this place was on top of the requests and Johnny resolved both in a very short time.”
“The mall is in rough shape. The parking lot has issues. The A/C has issues at times. There are quite a few empty shops which is a bummer. However, there are still some good shops, a movie theater and an excellent Mexican restaurant here that are worth visiting and supporting.”
“We originally wanted to go to Frankie's Wings And Things, but were dismayed that they weren't open and noone was inside. We wound up going to the pita restaurant at the East end for late lunch/early dinner. We then went next door to the Italian Gelato store next door for dessert. The hand-made daily gelato was very good, and I had a spirited, enjoyable conversation with the wife/server/co-owner about her home country of Italy and my 2 week TDY to Aviano AB back in '83. Definitely worth a try.”
