“I’ve definitely never given a rental company 5 star before. But, Anna was an absolute gem. My husband had to switch cars due to insurance purposes to get reimbursed. I had a small customer service issue, that I really just wanted documented in our file to avoid any charges.
Usually, when you call anybody with a customer service issue, even if you’re not upset it very quickly turns into an annoyed employee (customer service is hard and I get it most people are rough) but it usually doesn’t go as smoothly as hoped.
Anna was so incredibly genuine and you could tell that she went out of her way to see if she could immediately take care of us.
I came here to leave a positive review, assuming that it wouldn’t have a lot of reviews given it’s a rental car company in essentially a random city in Florida. But, nope, apparently the customer service is always this good because every review is all five stars.
So, moral is if you need a rental, go with cocoa enterprise. All rentals are pricey, but good customer service is not something you get everywhere.”
“Enterprise on US 1 in Melbourne Florida was very efficient and got me to my destination safely. I dropped off the rental and was transported right away to Toyota to get my personal car. 5 stars on efficiency and timeliness. Thank you!”
“This was a blast. I strongly recommend it. I also suggest renting one with the roof cover, it gets hot and its worth the extra charge. We did 3 hours, that was a perfect amount of time. Its really a good value plus it was fun.”
“Booking was via Alamo but fulfilled by Alamo. Was given excellent service by John to collect keys and sort car seats. Had just come off a transatlantic crossing which had a chaotic disembark so the excellent service was very welcome. Shuttle guys worked tirelessly to ferry delayed passengers getting off and passengers dropping aiming to get on the ship. In addition big shout and thanks Austyn Brinkley. Upon going to the car in the car park it was too small. Austyn sorted us an upgrade for $20 - massive help - would never of got our cases, bags, buggies and 2 kids in otherwise. Lifelines like this just make you rebook next time. Thanks all!”
“This location at 710 Mullet Rd Port Canaveral is very close to Cruise Terminal #1. The lineup for the rental car shuttle at the terminal seemed quite large (we debarked the ship at about 9:15am), and we weren't sure if we would get on the first shuttle and I didn't want to wait for a second shuttle, so I ended up walking to the rental car location. It only took about 10 minutes to walk there. It was a fast checkout, with friendly people at the counter. They definitely are organized over there. The rental car price was good through my credit card company. Note: I also dropped off a car at the same location a week earlier before the cruise, and that was also a very smooth experience. I lucked out and caught the shuttle that was leaving to Terminal 1 right away, and I was at the terminal in a couple of minutes. I would definitely use Alamo again.”
