“I went to the service center in Coconut Creek this morning. I was immediately met by Santos Diaz and another gentleman from the service center. My Lincoln aviator was in an accident so I thought I might have to wait there for hours to get the paperwork done.
To my surprise Santos made the steps so easy. He made every phone call and made all the preparations quickly. Allstate had given me a lengthy detail of how the procedure will go. Mr Diaz made me feel comfortable almost like a father taking the stress over from the child. I thank and appreciate him very much.”
“We took our 2014Ram 1500 with an A/C problem that the Dodge dealership in margate was going to charge over $3500.00 way over the price that the extended warranty was going to cover… took it wholesale and they fixed the A/C issue by replacing the blower switch $150.00 . It’s been working great since. Rodney worked with the extended warranty company because they didn’t want to pay because of what they were told by the dealership in margate told them. They came out and inspected the repair and paid the claim.”

“Update: They took my complaint seriously and did anything and everything they could to make it right....Including a loaner car and doing a courtesy repair not under warranty n/c. Casey is awesome.Thank you.Went in for service they said 1 hr. 3 hours and 45 minutes later with false communication and after complaining and screaming got the car back.... lost the day because of their horrible service. I will remember this abuse forever. Bought 3 cars from them, btw.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“I came out of work to find a nail in my tire, and with only about five minutes before closing, I rushed over hoping they could help. Ronaldo went above and beyond! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Even though they were about to close, he took the time to help me without making me feel rushed.
The customer service was truly A+, and I can’t thank Ronaldo enough for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning for any future tire needs.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the signage for the entrance. I turned in from Hillsboro Road and accidentally ended up in the garages behind the building before finding the correct parking lot. Better directional signs would make it much easier for first-time customers.

“After confirming with Hyundai corporate that the complimentary maintenance was included with my 2026 Limited Tucson Hybrid, I made a Saturday morning appointment for an oil change. Frank looked up my information and told me that the complimentary maintenance stopped in 2025. Of course, I was irritated and a bit short with him. I had them do the oil change anyway as it was time. I sat in the waiting area for a short time (maybe 30 minutes) before apologizing to Frank for being short with him. It was not his fault I was given misinformation by Hyundai. Not only was he incredibly gracious in accepting my apology, but he had already spoken with his manager to get the oil change covered for me! We wound up chatting for a short time on my way out and I will 100% be requesting him as my service advisor for future visits. He very well could have written me off as just another difficult customer but went out of his way to help me.”
