“I had the pleasure of purchasing an Atlas two years ago and I can honestly say that this is the best service department that I have ever dealt with. Judy is the best in town. They even offered a courtesy rental for the regular maintenance and a small recall. Telling you hands down, the best. I love my car but I would buy another VW from them based on their service department and Judy. Driving down from south Georgia (new home) in November to get my regular service due to the exceptional service!”

The pricing is reasonable and they do care about their customers as I listen to the details explained over the phone to make sure their shop is the right fit for the customers needs while waiting for my tire to be patched.”

“We took our 2014Ram 1500 with an A/C problem that the Dodge dealership in margate was going to charge over $3500.00 way over the price that the extended warranty was going to cover… took it wholesale and they fixed the A/C issue by replacing the blower switch $150.00 . It’s been working great since. Rodney worked with the extended warranty company because they didn’t want to pay because of what they were told by the dealership in margate told them. They came out and inspected the repair and paid the claim.”

Casey is awesome.Thank you.Went in for service they said 1 hr. 3 hours and 45 minutes later with false communication and after complaining and screaming got the car back.... lost the day because of their horrible service. I will remember this abuse forever. Bought 3 cars from them, btw.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“Best buying experience of my life! I hate buying cars because of all the haggling back, and forth over price. I told Isaias the out the door price I wanted, and I got it. Then I thought I would have trouble in the finance room, but Dino took great care of me. No pressure to buy warranties, and no arguing over what rate I thought I deserve. I got a great rate without even asking for it. Bring them your business, you won't regret it!”

“This place is an absolute god send. My battery died and I needed to get to work. Once it was jumped, I came straight to Firestone . Within minutes, Ryan saved the day. They changed my battery, assisted with all questions I had, and sent me on my way. I am so thankful that I came here and handled this as Firestone saved my day. Beyond appreciative and will come back for all auto work needed”

“After confirming with Hyundai corporate that the complimentary maintenance was included with my 2026 Limited Tucson Hybrid, I made a Saturday morning appointment for an oil change. Frank looked up my information and told me that the complimentary maintenance stopped in 2025. Of course, I was irritated and a bit short with him. I had them do the oil change anyway as it was time. I sat in the waiting area for a short time (maybe 30 minutes) before apologizing to Frank for being short with him. It was not his fault I was given misinformation by Hyundai. Not only was he incredibly gracious in accepting my apology, but he had already spoken with his manager to get the oil change covered for me! We wound up chatting for a short time on my way out and I will 100% be requesting him as my service advisor for future visits. He very well could have written me off as just another difficult customer but went out of his way to help me.”
