“I own a 21 year old PaceMaster Pro Plus II that has taken me on a long fitness journey. We have a special bond formed over thousands of miles of running together :-)A few years ago the treadmill suddenly stopped working, and I spent years looking for second-hand hardware to no avail. “I brought my tower in because it was caught in a loop. I was told the new hard drive was the problem and for $300.00 it could be fixed. After paying, I took it home and it had the same problem. I took it back and now I was told it was the mother board. It could be fixed for another $500.00. I left there extremely disappointed.I recently found that they were correct in thier evaluation and couldnt know that the motherboard was bad until the hard drive was replaced.
