“I went in without appointment on a weekend to upgrade my old iPhone 13 pro to 15 pro max. All my questions were answered about the device, payment options, account, and transferring over data from old phone to new one. I was assisted with finding the right case too. I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need, the perfect amount of service. With the exception of data transfer to backup to iCloud before trading in my old phone (beyond Verizon's control ofc), the process was quick and I was out the door with a new iPhone 15 pro max in the color I wanted with the perfect case and most of my data/settings in tact in under two hours. Would defiantly recommend this location.”

“I’ve always came to this store whenever I had a problem, this store has never let me down with their service. The past 2 visits Oran has helped me out with a lot of information and is very patient with me. The only downside with my experience is that I’ve always scented a bad odor coming from his way. I really hope the employees have enough time to clean the store, and especially themselves.”
