“I have been to this location in the past it was just ok.Holy cow what a difference today you go in there, it feels like I’m buying a Cadillac or a Mercedes-Benz the way you get treated now.Never went into a place like this looking for cell phone service where they offer water why I was waiting, that’s just one of the examples how I was treated.If you go in I recommend looking for this real tall guy his name is Adam, you will get the experience of a life time, I guarantee it, it’s incredible for a phone store mine blowing, seriously I can’t even explain what I’m even trying to say.I never ever write reviews but I had to this timeAdam if you’re reading this, thank you for everything you’re the best!”

“I went in to this store with an issue with my work phone. I was suddenly unable to send or receive imessages. As a self employed saleswoman, that was very stressful. I had already tried calling 611 for help, I had spoked to Apple tech support, and I was told I needed to purchase a new phone. So I did, and the problem persisted. So I decided to just bring the phone in. Stan helped me and quickly and began trouble shooting. When he realized we'd have to contact Apple, he began making the calls and talking to the techs for me. That was greatly appreciated, as I was already really stressed over the problem. After a few tries and disconnections with Apple, Robert came to help as well. These guys spent half their shift with me, when they knew I wasn't even going to buy anything. And when I say these guys tried everything, they tried EVERYTHING. They had to call Apple a handful of times for me. The Apple representatives were very rude to both of them, while they both responded politely and with patience. In the end, they got to the bottom of the problem. It was something that Apple should've been able to see from the very first call I made, and had nothing to do with the phone or the service. If I could give Robert and Stan 10 stars, I would. They don't know this but they saved my day.”

“I came in today trying to get my phone fixed because I couldn’t hear anything at all. As I entered the store a young lady named diamond greeted me so pleasantly and with a smile asking me if I needed any help. I did explain to her what was going on with my phone and it was pretty obvious I needed a new phone and she broke down the price points, storage and which phone was best for me. “I went in without appointment on a weekend to upgrade my old iPhone 13 pro to 15 pro max. All my questions were answered about the device, payment options, account, and transferring over data from old phone to new one. I was assisted with finding the right case too. I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need, the perfect amount of service. With the exception of data transfer to backup to iCloud before trading in my old phone (beyond Verizon's control ofc), the process was quick and I was out the door with a new iPhone 15 pro max in the color I wanted with the perfect case and most of my data/settings in tact in under two hours. Would defiantly recommend this location.”

“Stop!!! I can't believe this ... I have never!!! I mean, I have never!!! Can you say, that you've NEVER? But, when it FINALLY happens you can never say that you've never again! I've had many interactions with all types of businesses trying to make a purchase or get something resolved from a purchase. However, NEVER HAVE I EVER received such AMAZING customer service as I have with Kimberly at the Nob Hill location. She is AMAZING. Prior to my interaction with her I made many calls, I chatted online for help, I made calls to local T-mobile stores. But, when I called Kimberly she said, "let me take your number. I'll do some research. And I'll call you back." AND SHE DID!!!!! I was expecting she meant possibly a call in the future and maybe she would lose the paper she'd written my number on ... but, NO. She meant, now!!! And SHE DID IT. Her CUSTOMER SERVICE not only resolved my problem about why I hadn't received the newest internet router. But, she actually went ABOVE and BEYOND and researched WHY!!! Thank you, Kimberly. You are AMAZING!!!”
