“I went in to this store with an issue with my work phone. I was suddenly unable to send or receive imessages. As a self employed saleswoman, that was very stressful. I had already tried calling 611 for help, I had spoked to Apple tech support, and I was told I needed to purchase a new phone. So I did, and the problem persisted. So I decided to just bring the phone in. Stan helped me and quickly and began trouble shooting. When he realized we'd have to contact Apple, he began making the calls and talking to the techs for me. That was greatly appreciated, as I was already really stressed over the problem. After a few tries and disconnections with Apple, Robert came to help as well. These guys spent half their shift with me, when they knew I wasn't even going to buy anything. And when I say these guys tried everything, they tried EVERYTHING. They had to call Apple a handful of times for me. The Apple representatives were very rude to both of them, while they both responded politely and with patience. In the end, they got to the bottom of the problem. It was something that Apple should've been able to see from the very first call I made, and had nothing to do with the phone or the service. If I could give Robert and Stan 10 stars, I would. They don't know this but they saved my day.”

All my questions were answered about the device, payment options, account, and transferring over data from old phone to new one. I was assisted with finding the right case too. With the exception of data transfer to backup to iCloud before trading in my old phone (beyond Verizon's control ofc), the process was quick and I was out the door with a new iPhone 15 pro max in the color I wanted with the perfect case and most of my data/settings in tact in under two hours. I've had many interactions with all types of businesses trying to make a purchase or get something resolved from a purchase. But, she actually went ABOVE and BEYOND and researched WHY!!! Thank you, Kimberly. You are AMAZING!!!”
