“Let me start by saying that prior to taking my daughter's phone to Repair 2 Fix I had been turned away from the Apple store because according to them my daughter's iPhone 13, had water damage, so they tried to upsell me instead of changing the battery which is what I brought it in for.
After a 2 hour wait, wirh no resolution I did quite a bit of research and found Repair to Fix. My husband and I were greeted by the owner, Osnel, who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained that there was absolutely no water damage to the phone, and it simply needed a battery replacement which took a very short amount of time to replace. My husband even explained an issue that he was having with his phone, and Osnel told him that it would be about the same cost to repair it as it would be to purchase a new one. His honesty and service will make us repeat customers!”

I came on a Saturday with a broken phone that did not work and I could not access any of my information. Not only did Rolando, the store manager, help to make my experience memorable, but his team that included Thaer and Luis treated me like royalty. Not only did they find a solution to my problem, but I left with a new phone. They did not stop until my new phone was uploaded with all my info from my broken phone. They just got the job done! No excuses, No Issues, coupled with incredible product knowledge. Mastery of the business in every aspect and even every app on the phone. Amazing!!! That's all I can say!
