“Excellent customer service from Daniel. I purchased a new Android 26, and he walked me through all the steps of starting the operation, and even helped out after my data was transferred from my old phone to new one. He was really patient, and made the whole experience very pleasant. He also helped my wife today in getting her new iPhone, and patiently walked her through all the new features. Daniel is a great person to be representing ATT in a very professional manner.”

“I want to take the opportunity, after having visited the Cricket offices, located at 4823 SW 8th St, to thank the salesperson Maritza Mata for the cordial and kind way of solving the problem I had. It is a great pleasure to have the quality and skill of such a magnificent salesperson. These days it is very difficult to find friendly people who know their business. Again, thank you so much.”

“Came in on a day to check on an insurance concern for my iPhone 17 pro. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Julio who had incredible customer service and was able to attend me very quickly. If only most AT&T stores could do the same thing!!! To be fair this one is a corporate location bruh, so that be making sense so yee! Anyways, try to go specifically to the corporate locations, most of the time! The customer service and the quality is much better.”

“Elizabeth and Elias were absolutely wonderful! I walked in without an appointment because my iPhone screen had gone completely black. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Elizabeth walked me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. In about an hour, Elias worked his magic and not only fixed the screen but even repaired the bent corner of my phone. I truly appreciate people who still take pride in providing great service and going the extra mile. The only thing I wish they had was a tip jar! I would have happily left a tip to thank them for their quick, efficient, and excellent service. Thank you again, Elizabeth and Elias — you guys were amazing!”
