After my visit today, they have definitely earned themselves a new customer. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit to see for yourself. Thank you again, Ernesto. “I’ve been a loyal CLS customer since the beginning and truly love your sportswear. What’s always set CLS apart for me is the exceptional quality—especially the Shape (Polyamide/Elastane) OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 fabric. It’s thicker, offers amazing support, and feels premium—everything I look for in performance leggings. Over the years, I’ve purchased many pieces, and I’ve noticed a difference between this and the Vitta (Polyamide/Elastane) OEKO-TEX® certified fabric, which is noticeably thinner and just doesn’t offer the same level of support or durability. Because of this, I only purchase the Shape material. I hope CLS continues to use the higher-quality Shape fabric going forward. These leggings are an investment, and many of us are more than happy to pay for the quality we’ve come to love and expect from your brand. Please don’t cut corners—it’s that premium feel that keeps customers like me coming back. This feedback comes from a place of genuine love and loyalty to the brand. I want to see CLS continue to thrive while staying true to the quality that made us fall in love with it in the first place.”
“Had such a good experience at Planet Golf! Rafa helped me out and was seriously the best. He was super patient, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process so easy. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about and genuinely wants to help instead of just making a sale. Customer service like that is hard to find. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for anything golf-related!”
“got a recumbent bike for my parents from Best Used Gym Equipment. I didn't realize after I purchased it that the standard recumbent bike was too difficult for an elderly person to climb over the center post. three months later I contacted Juan Carlos (the owner) and asked if there was anything he could do. I returned the bike and he found me a really nice one (see picture). Didn't charge me anything. Any sporting good store would have told me to go pound sand. The service and sales people are supper nice and courteous and the store location is right next to I-95 which makes it easily accessible. I got top quality used equipment at a fraction of the price of a new one with a six month warranty. These guys are the best.”
“Very happy with my shopping experience! Items delivered promptly and lots of communication regarding delivery. One item was initially shipped with the wrong size but a quick e-mail resulted in a correct replacement being sent and received in 2 days. Excellent customer service from Joan.”
“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at runners high for my first pair of running shoes, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks to an associate named Santiago. From the moment we met up Santiago he made us feel welcomed and comfortable, setting a new standard for what customer service should be.What set Santiago apart was his dedication to understanding our unique needs. He wasn't just interested in making a sale; he was committed to ensuring we left with the right product. Santiago conducted a thorough analysis by observing how we ran on a treadmill, which is something we didn't even know was possible for shoe fitting. This level of personalized service was both impressive and invaluable, especially for someone new to running like myself.Based on his analysis, Santiago provided recommendations that were tailored to our specific running styles and needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the shoes but also about how to improve our running experience overall. It was clear that Santiago's priority was our satisfaction and comfort, which he achieved with remarkable expertise and patience. The difference in the quality of our runs was noticeable immediately, all thanks to Santiago's meticulous attention to detail and his exceptional customer service. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about helping others.I can't recommend runners high and Santiago enough. If you're in need of running shoes and want advice from someone who truly knows and cares, Santiago at runners high is your go-to. Thank you, Santiago, for making our shopping experience so memorable and for helping us embark on our running journey with the best foot forward!”

“La Byci is a great bicycle store with an attentive and courteous staff. The location in Wynwood is central and inviting, for both beginners and serious riders, and the bikes and accessories are top flight. Ask Juan or his staff for assistance and you will get genuine and supportive help. Five star service, support and cycling needs.”
“Outstanding customer service. I needed a hard to find part for my speargun. Lorena went out of her way to get my number and then called me when it became available so that I could buy it before it sold out again. It was a far drive for me but I will continue to come to this location for all my diving and spearfishing needs.”
“This is the best tennis plaza location I’ve been to, the manager Nico has always taken care of things and is very knowledgeable on everything. I’d much rather have this human in person experience than guessing online. I’ll be back”

“Recently I bought some Wing foil equipment from Adventure Sports USA, at the Doral Florida store. Unfortunately, I have some failures with the equipment that need to be addressed. (Shit happens) I approached the staff at the Doral store and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer care that Joseph and Sergio demonstrate. They took full responsibility for the problems, did not try to make excuses, did not try to put the blame on misuse of equipment, or extreme weather conditions, nothing, Full responsibility, and they made everything possible to resolve all issues to my full satisfaction. In an Era of declining customer service across the board it is refreshing to see that there are still insulated Islands of great customer service. It should be an example for any retail store in any field. Thank you Joseph and Sergio. I will continue to do business with you anytime.”
“I love this store !!! They are so quick to get anything you need and they are so attentive. You can tell they really care about their store . Amazing 😍”
“I’ve been to world tennis Miami and had an amazing time with Dani. He helped from the information onto how to test the racquets up and after testing and liking them we decided to buy. The store is amazing and Dani made the experience very worth it. I definitely recommend anyone looking for racquets or tennis products to come here and have help from the best: Dani”
“I’ve been coming to Tennis Plaza for a while now, and it’s hands down the best spot for anyone who plays. They have absolutely everything you could need, but what really keeps me coming back is the staff. Alejandro and Malena are both total stars, they’re always so welcoming and actually take the time to help you find the right gear instead of just rushing you through. It’s rare to find a shop where the people are as passionate about the sport as the customers are. Highly recommend!”
“This shop was reccomended for some judo gi's i needed. What great shop! Much better than ordering online and way better prices than online too. Got to get fitted and find the right sizes for myself, my son (19) and my nephew (6). Great owners who care about getting you what you need. No need to shop online for my judo gear anymore. This is the spot! Thank you!”
“Tennis Plaza is a fantastic destination for anyone involved in racket sports. Specializing in accessories and clothing, they offer a wide range of high-quality products suitable for various racket sports, including tennis and padel. During my visit, I was pleased to find everything I needed for both sports. The selection was impressive, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring I could choose the right gear for my needs. If you're looking for reliable equipment and apparel, Tennis Plaza is definitely worth a visit. It’s a great place to stock up on all your racket sport essentials!”

“I was impressed by the level of customer service at this store. From the cashiers to the staff helping throughout the store, and of course the manager, Dubien. I made a pretty large purchase, and he was with me the whole time, helping me find everything I needed. I was extremely happy with my experience at the store—truly the best Victoria’s Secret store I’ve ever been to. Thank you.”
The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
