“Placed a cake order and and discovered at the special occasion that it was not what was ordered. It was very disappointing but spoke with Leslie the bakery manager and she made it right by graciously providing a complete refund. Kudos to Leslie for her Customer Service excellence! She restored my confidence in Publix that they will do the right thing.”

“Publix in Pine Lake Plaza,Cooper City is always clean, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the Pharmacy is the very best. The regular staff of Manager Jeanine, Craig, Lauren and Dylan etc are awesome. I depend on Craig for keeping me on track with vaccines, refills and specific answers regarding side effects or other pertinent information I may need due to my own medical issues and through his experience with other customers. I trust them all without limits. In a day and time when it is rare to see your personal doctor and you see their P.A., there is sometimes a disconnect between doctor and patient, particularly when they change Physician Assistants. You start all over. There is a true successful effort at Publix Pharmacy to be consistent in their excellent quality of service with the patient's wellness as a priority. They answer any questions they can and point out anything you should know but haven't asked. If you need a place to depend on to make an extra effort for your prescription needs, this is it. They really, truly care and you, as a patient, will feel it.”

“Very well managed. Excellent quality, but prices are significantly higher than a year ago. Unique amongst Indian grocery stores because of its emphasis on South Indian delicacies and frozen food.”

“Everyone is very nice and the service is excellent. I work with at an Dr’s office near by and his office order food from Aroma almost every week. My favorite food is the sesame seed Chicken tenders and cucumber tomato salad. I finally went today to visit the store to get me some chicken tenders and cucumber tomato salad. Unfortunately, there was no cucumber-tomato salad but I bought some chicken tenders and beets salad.I ended up buying my groceries for the week. Lazaro, the guy from the deli department, made me a delicious turkey sandwich. He was very, very nice and polite.I will recommend Aroma not just because the food is fresh and delicious but you feel welcome and the environment, the staff and the service is excellent. Thank you Aroma!”

“I shopped at the Publix on Sheridan Street and Pine Island the other day. I have always found Publix employees to be extremely helpful, but a gentleman named George went out of his way to make me feel better. I had tears in my eyes as I do often, because I lost my husband and had to move back from the mountains of NC to Florida to be with family. I was noticeably looking for my car. He stopped me and asked me what it looked like. He jogged around the lot looking while he told me to wait.said......he looked for it and we found it. He then re wrapped my soup as he thought it might spill and had such great words of encouragement for me. I really needed George that day. He vehemently refused a tip, He is retired from another job, but hope he stays at Publix for a long time to come. He is the epitome of Publix service and beyond. Thank you again, George. “Nice store. Friendly staff. Didn't have what I was looking for, but that happens. I still picked up a few goodies and although it's really not a Dollar Tree, the prices are good.I'd recommend it.”

“This Publix is always neatly stocked. I like the way they decorate for various holidays. I also like the wide variety of gift cards for all sorts of other stores. That helps when I am buying gifts in a hurry. You can't beat their BOGO specials. They are legendary. On the other hand, I have not had luck with their flowers. They don't seem to live for too long. Even the orchid plants have disappointed me. I enjoy chatting with some of the baggers. They are sweet and so helpful. I also like how Publix had numerous opportunities to donate to charity. It is an easy way to donate to some great causes.”

“Much like every other Publix this location has everything that you could possibly think of when it comes to shopping for food, drinks, snacks basically anything! The layout of the Publix is also very easy to navigate because it has blended into look like almost every other Publix out there making it easy for me to figure out exactly where I need to go for the products that I am looking for when I am there. They always have a variety of items and I always love to spend a few minutes just looking at each aisle because something usually catches my eye that I end up buying that I don't need because it looks good. One of the best areas in this store in my opinion is the beer and wine section because instead of me having to drive all the way out to a Total Wine & More I can drive about 3 minutes from my house and find exactly the wind that I am looking for. The prices are great and they allow for coupon stacking and using coupons on top of buy one get one free items essentially making both items free if you are couponing the right way. The staff here is also friendly and will go above and beyond if you ask them a question or if you have no idea where a product is, they will stop what they're doing and walk you over to the product you asked them to find for you. The deli and bakery are also always friendly and energetic and I usually get whatever I need in an insanely quick time. The little Seafood area is also good and the fish always tastes fresh and when it comes to the sushi they always have an insane amount of variety to choose from. This is definitely my go-to Publix when I need to go grocery shopping.”

“Aldi's is the estranged brother of Trader Joe's. The abbreviated history is that Aldi's and Trader Joe's were owned by German brother's who fell out over whether or not to sell cigarettes. In 1962, they introduced the name Aldi, short for Albrecht-Diskont, which translates into English as Albrecht Discount. The company split into Aldi Süd and Aldi Nord, which operate thousands of stores in Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia. Aldi Süd controls the U.S. chain of Aldi stores while Aldi Nord operates in the U.S. as Trader Joe's. While Trader Joe's has great prices, Aldi will beat them and just about everyone else's prices every time. You can still signs of that German heritage all over Aldi's like in their German line of products called Deutsche Kuche, which offers offers beer, chocolate, roasted coffee, and uncured Bavarian bratwurst. If you want to save money on groceries Aldi's is a great way to do it. In order to bring you those low prices Aldi's has instituted some cost cutting measures. If you want a cart you will need to bring a quarter and to get your money back you need to return your cart from the parking lot back to the store saving employees from having to collect the carts. You will also have to bring your own bags or pay for theirs. Lines will most likely be long because they keep their staff to a bare bones minimum. Best of all is the check out. To get people through the line more quickly they will literally throw your groceries into the cart they keep chained at the check out. You will frantically try to grab your items out but will never be fast enough. Fortunately a lot of stores have now added self checkout which makes the process a lot faster. This store does have self check out. This Aldi's is located on University Drive in Cooper City near the new Monterra development. I popped in to pick up a few things and I love checking out different Aldi's because they all have unique inventory. I am addicted to aldiallthetime on Instagram and am always on the hunt for the new finds. Things I have to get every week include their bottled green tea, K-cup French roast coffee, Fit 50 less sugar orange juice, bagged kale, snapdragon apples, and fun snacks. The Easter candy is in and they have an entire aisle full. Also new in the Aisle of Shame is a lot of organizational items, gardening decorations, and planters. The ladder planter is a really hot item right now. This Aldi's had frozen baked goods like an apple pie and croissants that I haven't seen elsewhere. Speaking of frozen items, the Oreo ice cream bars look really good. I also discovered the caramel K-cups. Shop on Wednesday for best selection.”

“I've been going to this Walmart for many years & there's never been any issues. As far as Walmart's go, it stays well stocked, the workers will help you if you ask & the prices are decent. Whenever I visit, the sections are kept organized, although things can get thrown around if you're shopping during busy hours. This location does well at keeping their shelves filled with products & if they're out of something they usually replace it within a reasonable time. If you're familiar with Walmart you know they carry brand name products, as well as their own & they have plenty to offer here. In recent years they've started making self-checkout a common thing but if that's not your style they still have a few cashiers available at any time. Like with most Walmart's, the parking lot is massive so finding a spot is never an issue. It's clean here, the employees have good attitudes & there's always a nice variety of product no matter where you check. Although I can't always find what I'm looking for here, it usually has no problems providing what I need. It's a great location to have as your go-to store.”

“In my experience, this counts among one of the superior Walmart's I've had the opportunity to patronize. It’s seldom that I award a business with 5 stars, but this establishment certainly deserved it. Not only was there a remarkable cleanliness but the shelf inventory was satisfactory and contained everything I was in search of.”
