“I’ve been a member of SunCU for years, and even though I have another bank, I will never get rid of my SunCU account. About two years ago, I was shopping for a car, and Jennifer Lizardi helped me through every single detail. The previous dealership was trying to take advantage of me, but Jennifer stepped in, guided me, and literally helped me save almost $10,000 on a vehicle that was not worth the inflated price. Beyond that, every time I speak with Jennifer, she is so positive, encouraging, and full of life. She makes you feel supported, not just as a customer, but as a person. She truly has a gift. If I could rate Jennifer and the customer service at SunCU, it would be well above a 10. I am beyond grateful for her and for SunCU!”

Morris have helped me clarify my financial situation, in business and personal, and guided me with honest suggestions for the future. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, Morris as a person is pleasant and friendly, and my overall experience has been off the charts. Definitely rare in today’s industry. Thank you Morris, for everything!”

“It is a boutique bank but very friendly. They treat you like a friend and not just like another costumer. They do their best to resolve your issues, they are all bilingual and that's really helpful when it comes to this matter. Highly recommended for personal and business accounts. I've been a costumer for +25 years and I will never change this branch”

“I went to this branch for the first time yesterday to arrange a new debit card. The moment I entered, well the door was open by a lovely lady with a great smile greeting me to the branch! This was the first amazing part, secondly I was assisted by Sandra the senior banker, to sort the debit card replacement. I have to say what a very professional experience to have dealt with Sandra who assisted me and arranged all the things I needed swiftly, professionally and with a great smile. A great bug thanks to Sandra and the team! Also love the music! You set the bar very high! Well done to all and so happy to have visited this branch with the amazing team! Excellent!”

“I received excellent service from Mathias today at this brokerage branch (not a bank, so if you do a deposit, it must be to a brokerage or investment account). It was a busy lunch hour and Mathias was the only one available to serve customers at the time, but he remained positive, professional, and patient while greeting each person who walked through the door, identified customer needs, and attended to each one.”
