I believe she was a part of the outsourced customer support team.Santiago greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. I had just left a Chase branch in Pembroke Pines , 710 University Drive. There was such a long line and when I asked one of the reps sitting at a desk behind a partition, to the immediate right of the entrance, she didn’t even bother to get up. When I inquired about opening an account, she directed me to go online and make an appointment for “sometime in February.” She was polite, but I definitely felt like she could have done better & gave me “it’s Friday vibe.” I get it.Getting back to my experience with Santiago, I had googled the next closest location so it brought me to this semi-staffed branch in Cooper City & I’m so happy I decided to try another branch! After at least an hour, I’m finally on the road home with a huge smile on my face and a goal to be better with my banking. Santiago personalized my experience and made sure I was aware of all that Chase had to offer for my current needs and lifestyle, as well any future goals. I was very impressed at his knowledge and enthusiasm, most importantly, how he went the extra few miles to create the kind of experience that makes a consumer feel valued and respected !
