I was in this B of A branch for a transaction and I was very pleased with my experience. The wait was not long ,(I did not have an appointment) and Senior Banker Yinet Rodriquez was very attentive and courteous and so was the Branch Manager Josie Odriozola. Thank you and continue the good service!

The bank I don’t know because I tried getting a reference letter and it took two weeks and several complaints, but this branch I highly recomendable Josie helped me out and I felt like she did a great job de escalating the situation and following up with me the next day
