He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and understanding with all our questions and concerns ! Not pushy or trying to up sell us at all. Just informing us of all our options and what he thought we would like. One of the most pleasant salespeople I have met in ages. He took very good care of us with everything we needed . “Been searching for a new mattress for some time now but haven’t been able to pull the trigger on one, mostly because everywhere I go, the staff is unwelcoming, inattentive or just untrained on the products they sell. I came today to Tempur-pedic and had the surprising pleasure of speaking with Brian… he didn’t just welcome me in, he was genuinely happy to see me, he took his time explained every detail.
