This is definitely where you want to go if efficiency, excellent advice, nice selection of mattresses, clean showroom, affordable prices, no added fees and white glove treatment are important. The private appointment makes it possible to walk in and immediately be welcomed and begin discussing what you are looking for. There are no distractions or feeling of being rushed while trying out the various mattress options. My appointment time was at 1 p.m and by 3:00 p.m. the next day the mattress was on the bed in my house. No surprises on delivery time. You receive text messages keeping you updated as to their anticipated arrival time . Ben, the owner, and his employee delivered the mattress. Both were professionally dressed and wore booties over their shoes to avoid tracking in any debris. They completed the delivery in less than 15 minutes. CBUS will deliver your used mattress to a charitable organization and dispose of any packing materials. All of this and delivery are complimentary. The white glove treatment became very evident when the box spring size (that I selected) was too high for the bed. Ben immediately volunteered to remove the box spring, take it back to the warehouse and bring another lower profile box spring. He returned within 25 minutes with a different box spring which was perfect. Now tell me what other business would go to this extreme for a customer? This is a hidden gem of a local business that is deserving of your consideration.”

“A shockingly delightful experience! I was nervous going into mattress shopping as I’m a stomach sleeper and my fiancé is a side sleeper (exactly opposite needs in a mattress!). We found this place through Yelp reviews and all the reviews are true. Ben is an absolute gem! He took time to get to know our needs and he’s clearly very knowledgeable about the industry. After narrowing down our choices, we found the perfect option that made both of us comfortable. Ben worked within our budget and even offered complimentary delivery since it’s December. “We have owned a refrigerator for about a month. We purchased an extended warranty as well. Unfortunately, we had a tech come look at the fridge today because it stopped cooling. We were told that we have to unplug the fridge for 3-4 days to allow a buildup of ice melt. We have no other refrigerator or freezer. It states under the extended warranty that food loss is covered. I was told today that because it's still under the manufacturer warranty the extended warranty does not apply. I called both AF and whirlpool and nobody is willing to reimburse us for food loss or offer a loaner. This will be our last purchase from AF!I am editing my review: I decided to call Assurant and they filed a claim for me. I was frustrated as I contacted AF corporate and was told food loss was not covered but thankfully it is. We really do love this location, especially Thomas!”
