“I cannot recommend this place enough. I've been looking for a place to replace the battery of my Samsung Galaxy A21. I went to another place in Miami but the customer service was not quite to my liking. Here however the service went far above my expectations. Jorge was helpful to me over the phone with my questions and even more so when I had arrived at the store. He deliberately took time to help me find an OEM battery for the model of my phone and even went as far as to use a program to check how many cycle my battery had went through to diagnose the health of it. Service like that is extremely hard to find nowadays and it's why I easily rate the place 5 stars.”

“From the phone conversation with Frank to customer service at the store, client services are excellent. They fill you in on the updates for your repairs. They offer all kinds of discounts that you can take advantage of. This is the first place that I’ve been able to go to that they were able to repair my two iPhones, my iPad and now they’re working on my laptop which is a Mac and all were told by the Apple store that they were unable to repair them and needed to buy new ones. I highly recommend the shop, they are extremely good and they follow through with what they say they’ll do and the prices are very accessible. Not only will I return to them but I have also recommended them and I entrust them with all of my electronic needs. I’m a really satisfied customer here.”

“I had locked my apple watch and went to this store hoping they could help. The store manager tried but I couldn’t remember my Apple password so I was almost on my way back home to get it when another employee Damien came over and said there was another way to unlock the phone. And he did!!!! I didn’t have to go home and he not only unlocked it he found a face with the inf. choices I had before and I could read without my glasses. Way to go Damien, God bless you!!!!”
“This store saved us! We tried to fix our Apple Watch- to reset the data plan after traveling. We called the Tech Support line numerous times. We finally decided to go into the store and Isaac Perez was awesome. He was patient and savvy and figured it out. I purchased a new Android 26, and he walked me through all the steps of starting the operation, and even helped out after my data was transferred from my old phone to new one. He was really patient, and made the whole experience very pleasant. He also helped my wife today in getting her new iPhone, and patiently walked her through all the new features.
