“From the phone conversation with Frank to customer service at the store, client services are excellent. They fill you in on the updates for your repairs. They offer all kinds of discounts that you can take advantage of. This is the first place that I’ve been able to go to that they were able to repair my two iPhones, my iPad and now they’re working on my laptop which is a Mac and all were told by the Apple store that they were unable to repair them and needed to buy new ones. I highly recommend the shop, they are extremely good and they follow through with what they say they’ll do and the prices are very accessible. Not only will I return to them but I have also recommended them and I entrust them with all of my electronic needs. I’m a really satisfied customer here.”

Store on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. I came in very frustrated because I had been unable to restore my new phone because my other had been stolen. The new phone would not activate due to an issue with incorrect digital SIM card.
The representative Luisa was phenomenal. She totally exceeded my customer expectations.
She was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, courteous and solved my problem quickly.
