“From the phone conversation with Frank to customer service at the store, client services are excellent. They fill you in on the updates for your repairs. They offer all kinds of discounts that you can take advantage of. This is the first place that I’ve been able to go to that they were able to repair my two iPhones, my iPad and now they’re working on my laptop which is a Mac and all were told by the Apple store that they were unable to repair them and needed to buy new ones. I highly recommend the shop, they are extremely good and they follow through with what they say they’ll do and the prices are very accessible. The store manager tried but I couldn’t remember my Apple password so I was almost on my way back home to get it when another employee Damien came over and said there was another way to unlock the phone. I’ve been dealing with a really difficult situation for almost a year. After my mom passed away, I was trying to return one of the phones from our family plan. It turned into a long and frustrating process — the warehouse kept rejecting the return, and I was still being charged a buyout fee even though I did everything I was supposed to. Honestly, I was at the point where I was ready to leave Verizon altogether.
That’s when Cristopher stepped in. He listened, truly cared, and went above and beyond to fix everything. He took the time to understand what was happening, followed through, and finally got the charge removed. Thanks to him, my faith in Verizon is restored — I’m staying with them because of the way he handled everything.
