“I have been going next door to Alonso Transmission for several years and I asked them to inspect a Nissan that had been parked for years and advise, as I want to give it to my daughter. Ralph took me next door to Betancourt shop and introduced me to James. James was excellent to work with. The car was riding rough all around and James advised taking care of the brakes, struts and shocks immediately and consider the mounts to stop the vibration later. I did everything but the mounts and drove it around and decided the mounts were worthwhile. What a difference. I have been driving it all over town and it runs great. I appreciate James listening to my concerns and getting the car running smoothly. Andre is courteous and makes a point of smiling. Ralph has always treated me and my cars well and his guys are a pleasure to work with.”

“William fixed the AC in our Honda accord, it was working well when we picked it up but by the time we drove home it was'nt. I called hm back and he had me bring it back in. Turns out the expansion valve was sticking so he then replaced it at no extra charge. The AC system is working perfectly now and at a very reasonable price.
