“Regular customer- always receive great service and quality repairs. My most recent visit to fix issue with oil pump was resolved satisfactorily and car running great.”
“Quick service and the employees are very helpful and gave some recommendations on additional service without the heavy upsell pressure. The cashier girl was super nice. I would definitely recommend this place.”
“Since I’ve had my car this is the establishment i always go too, the service is great and they definitely make things happen for their customers…overall prices are reasonable depending on the car issue, fast and customer service is GREAT!!”
“The guys were very knowledgeable and the whole process was very quick. They did the oil change and changed the windshield wipes as per my request. They had my previous car information so it was a smooth process. Thanks guys!!!”
“I went in for an oil change, and unfortunately, they forgot to secure the screws on the under cover of my car, leaving it loose and scraping the ground. I was initially frustrated and worried, but when I contacted the manager, Yasel, he handled everything remarkably well. His customer service was excellent, and he resolved the issue within just a few hours.
We are all human, and mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how they recover from them. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars—because of the outstanding service and professionalism of Yasel and his team.”
“The service was great very professional and fast I would recommend the service I did not get off my car and everything was done in a few minutes every question was answer professionally.”
“We took our BMW to Mike’s to be inspected before giving it to our granddaughter. Excellent shop! Professional, straightforward and very honest. I highly recommend it!”
“I had a great experience with 1Stop Car Care. They replaced the starter on my 2004 4Runner and gave me a fair price compared to other places. Andy was really awesome, honest, and understanding throughout the whole process. He explained things clearly and made the situation a lot less stressful. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.”
“Not even moving away keeps me from coming back to Westchester for the best service in town. Its a great long standing relationship with some of the friendliest people. Thank you Gold Wing, Alex and the gang.”
“I can’t thank Andres and his team Carlos and Alberto enough. They got my Ranger right in and had back to me same day when the dealer was telling me a week to look at it! Friendly staff extremely clean and quick turnaround! One more can I ask for!? Thank you again to Andres and his team”
“I have been going next door to Alonso Transmission for several years and I asked them to inspect a Nissan that had been parked for years and advise, as I want to give it to my daughter. Ralph took me next door to Betancourt shop and introduced me to James. James was excellent to work with. The car was riding rough all around and James advised taking care of the brakes, struts and shocks immediately and consider the mounts to stop the vibration later. I did everything but the mounts and drove it around and decided the mounts were worthwhile. What a difference. I have been driving it all over town and it runs great. I appreciate James listening to my concerns and getting the car running smoothly. Andre is courteous and makes a point of smiling. Ralph has always treated me and my cars well and his guys are a pleasure to work with.”
“This place is amazing a little far but worth our time gets car ready in descent time prices are great. The owner is experienced and very nice thank you for the great service”
“My services at Take 5 were AWESOME!! Michael provided exceptional customer service and support. When requested he explained certain issues in detail to ensure that I understood the reasons and the process. Again, thank you Michael for providing me with a very pleasant experience.

“If you are female this is your place. Jason and his crew are not only competent but take great care of my truck. I am grateful to have a mechanic that's not going to add dollars just because he sees a female walk in. Shop stays really busy make an appointment”
“I stopped by German Car Care this morning after my BMW X1 displayed an engine overheating warning. Jack and the rest of the team were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and topped off the coolant. Thankfully, my car has been running perfectly ever since.
I’m very grateful for their prompt assistance, which likely prevented what could have become a much more serious and expensive problem. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be returning here for all of my future BMW maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommend!”
“Great service from Lazaro junior the general manager of miami lakes auto mall. And. Armando arratia for a awesome experience. Also Carlos hemos for the great finnancial help”
“I have driven by this place many times and never stopped in because it always seems so busy. Now I know why. This might be Miami’s best kept secret. With everyone in this city trying to take advantage of you, sometimes you can’t help but to be skeptical. Even the obvious stuff seems a little sketchy. I took my car here for the usual service and was very impressed how I was treated the owner Gamal took his time to not only explain but showed me what I needed and what I will need in the near future. This local gem gave me a fair price for all my repairs, the parts were ordered and when it arrived I dropped off my car for the services that was recommended. Thanks Gamal and Miami Tire.”
“Jesus and Damian were really helpful both good energy, nice, funny, easy going, and patient, they didn’t rush to get things done, they were very efficient, they also checked everything out for me, they were really quick to, good personalities, easy to talk to and ask questions, it was overall and easy, quick, flowing experience, I feel like they really just took care of me which is nice especially being a female looking for a decent spot to do service on a car, here felt good to go to, definitely recommend coming here, these men also deserve a raise!! Not only did I come here to get my car serviced but I also learned some things about cars as well! :)”
“Called ahead to see if they were busy. Nice to see all garages open and available. Oil change and car inspection took 2 hours max. Very nice people and professional. They have a waiting room and if you aren't into that then there is a shopping mall accords the street. $112.00 oil change for 10,000 mileage is a great price and no appointment needed. Just call first just in case.”
“Amazing team and experience! I used a Groupon and saved alot on my service on top of being offered % off. Super clean and convenient location, this will be my forever go to oil change and service place from now on. The team was professional, respectful and quick service overall. Thank you to Jahmari, Manager Sean, Tia, and Leroy, they all definitely deserve a raise, a bonus, and dinner ! Loved them all!! Thank you thank you thank you !!!!”
“#1 Mechanic in Miami!! You can NOT ask for a BETTER, MORE RELIABE, MORE TRUSTFUL AND MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE than Luis!! I will NEVER take my car to any other shop in Miami. I've had a couple different cars and this guy has solved EVERY issue, BIG or small!!! HONESTLY.... MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!! Hands down the BEST!!!!”
“Fast, friendly, and professional! The team at Hi Tech Lube 2 had me in and out quickly without cutting corners. They explained everything clearly and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. I really appreciated their honesty and efficiency—definitely my go-to spot for oil changes and maintenance!”
“Very quick and thorough. The techs very polite and coordinated. First time using this service always used the other J lube down the block and not going there anymore I'll drive the extra mile. Keep up the good work 👏”
“I have been going there to take both my vehicles multiple times and always been treated exceptionally. Alfredo is good people (has an amazing spirit ?) and knows how to treat customers like family. I am now bringing friends and loved ones over. I do you recommend the shop.”

“Wonderful experience, he came out to where I was in a busier area, 15 minutes before the appointment, super friendly, very professional, great prices. Couldn’t recommend more!”
“Been coming here for years and have never had but a good experience here.
They are honest and fair, which is almost impossible to say about any mechanic shop.”
“Customer for life! They are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I have a VW and after visiting several oil change places and either being turned away or not getting a comfortable feeling and leaving on my own it was definitely a relief to find someone who cared about servicing less common vehicles.”
