“Club of Knights was an exceptional choice for our wedding, and we are so glad we chose it! A friend recommended it after attending a wedding there, so we decided to check it out. From the moment we scheduled our tour, everything felt welcoming and organized. Audrey greeted us warmly, walked us through the venue, and thoroughly explained all the available packages. Right away, we could tell the team at Club of Knights was flexible and eager to help bring our wedding vision to life.

We wanted our wedding to be a lively celebration, focused on dancing and fun rather than a formal sit-down dinner. The team was accommodating and worked with us to make this happen. While there was a slight hiccup with miscommunication about the food stations just two days before the wedding, Danielle quickly stepped in to to help resolve the issue. She was incredibly understanding, and we were able to sort everything out the same day, which was a huge relief.

Another minor issue arose with the bar service. We had purchased additional bottles of prosecco to ensure there was enough for the entire evening, and we added a bar inside the ballroom for convenience. At times, the bartenders inside mentioned they were out of beer or prosecco. However, guests were still able to find everything they needed at the outdoor bar, so it turned out to be a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.

Despite these small bumps, our wedding was nothing short of amazing! The food was a highlight, with many guests raving about the delicious meat carving station. The venue itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere was perfect for the vibrant celebration we envisioned.

In the end, we had the best night of our lives, and everything came together beautifully. We would absolutely recommend Club of Knights to any couple looking for a stunning and accommodating venue for their special day.”

“When your daughter ends the night by thanking your "For the wedding of her dreams", there is not much more you can ask for. Barbie Salazar from Fancy Fiesta made the entire wedding experience seamless. Barbie lead us through the entire process with professionalism, calmness and valuable advice. She recommended all the vendors we used. Every single one was amazing and added to the reception. The food and drinks from Fancy Fiesta were beautifully presented and very tasty. The decor was beyond what we imagined. From the lighting, to the flowers, to the music - everything was perfect. Barbie's timeline keep the reception moving and there was never a dull moment. Be best of all was getting to know Barbie, she is an amazing woman who we consider to be a friend.”

“The Biltmore Hotel was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. The hotel provides unmatched beauty and exceptional service! The wedding planning department, and particularly, Anna Perez, created a memorable and seamless experience for our daughter. The venue is magical and each member of the hotel staff (front desk, catering, waiters, etc.) provided service that exceeded expectations by leaps and bounds. Each one of our events were hosted by friendly, efficient, and very professional staff. I do not believe that a venue characterized by innate beauty and professional staff can be found anywhere else in Florida!”

“Extremely kind and helpful staff and excellent location for an affordable price. Pool is beautiful and we greatly enjoyed our stay in Miami. There’s a nice shopping mall only 5 mins walk from the hotel, and South Beach is about a 25 min drive. The only issue to be aware of is the parking garage - there is only one way up for both entering and exiting, and you need to be very careful as it really should be a one way.”

“Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. My experience as a guest was that everyone working there was very nice, the room was great, and the drinks I had were good too. BUT be warned if you have to stay by the elevator. I was here on business at the law school, and I was kept up well into the night by screaming, literal screaming, right outside my room. I understand sorority recruitment was going on, but these were both male and female voices and I wish I had been placed further knowing I needed a good night's rest which is the number one thing I was paying for. The next night I got moved when I brought this up to the front desk. It was a nice gesture, but also a hassle and did not resolve the fact half my stay got pretty messed up. Then, even after confirming at check-in I paid all fees upon booking, I see in my credit card statement yesterday that some unexpected charge went through, so I called to ask what that was about. It turns out there was a miscommunication and that there is a destination fee charged each day. The fee is no problem, but the issue is the communication and that it came as a surprise. I would love to say I fully recommend this hotel, but for the value I got considering the horrible night's sleep the first night and then the surprise charges, I would not recommend if your goals are a restful night's sleep and a transparent bill. Maybe my experience can help you decide though based on your goals for your stay. I was reluctant to pay the steep price for the hotel each night, but it was the best option for walking to the school. It also looked nice and peaceful and like it would be worth it. In the future, I would likely opt for a different hotel where I can get a restful night's sleep unless the hotel responds to my email or reaches out to me and provides a gesture of a resolution so that I feel like everything was addressed. For now, I still give the hotel 4 stars because, like I said, it just depends on your hopes and desires for your stay.”

The rooms are sleek and thoughtfully designed, with a minimalist yet energetic vibe. The beds are comfortable, and the tech-friendly amenities, like ample outlets and smart TVs, are a big plus. The rooftop pool is a highlight—offering a refreshing escape with a nice view of the city. The WXYZ bar in the lobby has a fun atmosphere and is great for a casual drink or snack. The location is fantastic, placing you within walking distance of Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. While the hotel delivers on convenience and style, the parking can be a bit tricky, and occasionally the lobby can feel a little busy. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those looking to blend modern comfort with easy access to Coral Gables’ charm.”
