“Amazing service at Cycle Gear! I came in to gear up my 14-year-old son for his first electric dirt bike, and the staff helped us find everything we needed in his size. I’m talking about helmet, gloves, armor, goggles, knee guards, the works. I thought we’d have to order most of it online, but we left fully geared up and ready to ride. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff who are happy to help. Our sales rep was a rider and really knew his stuff. And his vintage bike out front? Absolutely awesome! Highly recommend this Cycle Gear location!”

“I went in to AutoZone on Wiles Rd in Coral Springs to get oil and an oil filter for my truck as well as bring old oil to AutoZone. I also needed a battery for my Jeep. Marcelo helped me and was very receptive with my needs and what I needed to buy. Other Employees helped me as well and they were very nice and pleasant to deal with. “This was our second purchase from this dealership. The process to select, test drive, and agree to purchase the car went fast and the sales executive was excellent. He was honest about the car, listened to our needs and concerns, and addressed them all. All of that took about an hour. It got slow after we agreed on a price and purchase.
The dealership was quite busy and it took about another 2-hours to close, finance, (all sales documents were electronically signed and placed on a USB. Loved that) and get the car, yet that was much faster than any other dealership we’ve visited before that keeps you hostage for 8-hours until you buy everything they upsell. We had one that refused to give us our driver’s licenses back after the test drive.
Overall, a great experience.”

The checkout process was smooth and efficient, but what truly stood out was his expertise in installing the battery for my car. “Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.”
