“This was our second purchase from this dealership. The process to select, test drive, and agree to purchase the car went fast and the sales executive was excellent. He was honest about the car, listened to our needs and concerns, and addressed them all. All of that took about an hour. It got slow after we agreed on a price and purchase.
The dealership was quite busy and it took about another 2-hours to close, finance, (all sales documents were electronically signed and placed on a USB. Loved that) and get the car, yet that was much faster than any other dealership we’ve visited before that keeps you hostage for 8-hours until you buy everything they upsell. We had one that refused to give us our driver’s licenses back after the test drive.
Overall, a great experience.”

I honestly feel amazing and beyond grateful for the incredible service I received from Quality Auto Service. It truly felt like a VIP or even a Secret Service level care, especially in such an urgent and emotional situation.
I was referred by Ilan after I accidentally locked my keys in the car at Walmart on a rainy day. I had just loaded my groceries and buckled in my one-year-old son when I realized what happened—he was locked inside the car.
Your team didn’t just send help. You showed up as a team fast, within 15 minutes, and in the rain. That level of response, care, and urgency meant everything to me. I honestly don’t even think my own insurance company, Progressive, could have provided faster or better roadside assistance than what you all did. The fact that you were able to send a locksmith to the Walmart just down the road from your shop so quickly was beyond impressive.

“I enjoy this location but I wish they had a fuel station. I use the app(scan and go feature) when I'm in the store and did pickup once. It was very convenient. I also tried the order ahead from the cafe and that was great. That line can be pretty long. Ordered pizza to go and it was pretty good!”
