I spoke to Alberto and Sabrina. Alberto was a pleasure to speak to, he had great communication skills and treated me like a person not just a customer. I had specific questions about a loan program and Sabrina was the expert on this and I feel like she is a true gem and needs a raise because she answered all my questions expediently, enthusiasticly and spent as much time as needed to satisfy all my inquiries. Based on this interaction I felt worthwhile to leave a positive review for them as they were truly a pleasure to speak to and represented bofa very well.”
