“I am not a WF Customer but my mother is. I recently had to assist her with some business on her account. We went to her local branch located at 1950 N University Drive in Coral Springs, Florida. I was greeted almost immediately by young lady at the front (wished I got her name). We were assisted by a young man named Jack G. McCartney. Jack was friendly, professional and was a pleasure dealing with. My mother is 84 years old and Jack made her feel completely at ease. Please recognize Jack for "exceeding our expectations" and performing "above and beyond" in providing premier customer service.”

“Don't typically like BA because government basically owns them, but did have to visit one with an open lobby. Read so many reviews how there are lines and only one teller, but was surprised. I went here (one of the few BA's that had an open lobby) on a Thurs at 1pm, and went right up to the (one) teller open, NO line. Just luck? Not sure... teller wasn't very cheerful but was efficient, in and out in 3 mins flat.”
