“Don't typically like BA because government basically owns them, but did have to visit one with an open lobby. Read so many reviews how there are lines and only one teller, but was surprised. I went here (one of the few BA's that had an open lobby) on a Thurs at 1pm, and went right up to the (one) teller open, NO line. Just luck? Not sure... teller wasn't very cheerful but was efficient, in and out in 3 mins flat.”

Yes the bank has reduced staff but it’s common in today’s economic times. Sometimes People who complain should look into the mirror and ask is me?”
