“Jon and Anthony both helped myself and daughter open up her first teen account today. They are very knowledgeable, super friendly, and were both very helpful. Jon took the time to explain every step of the way and make sure the process went smoothly. He had myself and my daughter download the wells fargo app and walked us through all the steps to get it all set up. My daughter is very happy and excited fpr opening her new account and they made the process very exciting and easy for her. Thank you again for going above and beyond and providing excellent service.”

“My account was being created for a Trust that had changed Trustees on the passing of a relative. Karrie and Aldo have helped me with account set ups in the past and were great as always! Once my account was set up a relative of mine (who is elderly and not confident about bank visits) still had a task they would have to complete at another Truist in another state. At my branch they walked me through exactly what my relative could expect when they went to their branch so that I could make the process as smooth as possible for them as well. Great experience as always!”

“WOW, I just can't believe people would write such bad reviews about this branch! I just left the bank and as ALWAYS the staff is soooo nice!! Courteous, friendly, helpful, and just plain PROFESSIONAL!! Mr. Tarik was the young man that assisted my children and I last year, opening up 3 accounts! People, grow up and STOP acting like spoiled children, just because you can't get it your own way!! There are federal rules and guidelines ALL banks have to follow!! Thanks Mr. Tarik and the rest of TD Bank staff, very much appreciated you!!”
