They always have the best selection of everything too.”
“This post is mainly to highlight my appreciation of a wonderful employee experience. I was with my stepdaughter looking for a specific toy she saw on tiktok. They had been blown out everywhere, but online said this store had them. We were looking everywhere and of course customers had made a mess of the shelves that day also looking for the same toy, and it looked as if they had none, or at least none in the correct spot. Lorie was nearby and not only helped us look, but when we thought we would throw in the towel, a couple minutes later she came around the corner and pointed out a slightly different version of the same item in another location. Not only was that kind that she kept looking after we had stopped, but come to find out she was not even on the clock but on her way out the door after her shift. She took the time anways. I asked her what department she works in and sure enough it was cashier and not even anywhere near the aisles in the back of the store where we were. She was so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. My stepdaughter was so happy, and I truly could not say enough kind things about Lorie and all of her help. She's awesome, and I appreciate all she did!”

Some of the key elements of my hassle free shopping experience was a well organized store with uncrowded retail spaces, a calm environment and an easy checkout process.”
“This Macy's has friendly staff. I just wish they had clothes that fit me. I left without making a purchase because they didn't have shoes in my size and pants in my size. Shoes are always hard for me to find as I have a rather large size. But my pants are very common size, and I'm not sure why they didn't have what I wanted in my size.”

“Marshalls is a popular discount store with a very good selection of clearance merchandise. My bargain-hunting friends love this place for consistently having good deals. I would estimate 25% of the clothing merchandise in the store is on clearance. There is also a good selection of regular merchandise. The store is busy most of the time I visit. It gets a lot of traffic from its good location and the competitive prices. Organization and tidiness do need improvement here, although in the category of discount stores, Marshalls is cleaner than average. A few aisles had merchandise in disorganized piles or on the floor. The employees were keen to this problem though, because one aisle that was a mess when I first walked it was cleaned and organized on my way out of the store. Checkout is through a well organized queue at the front of the store and works efficiently for this busy store.”

“One of my favorite Target locations (and that says a lot, because I am a frequent flyer at Target). Everything I need is always in-stock and staff is usually friendly and helpful when I need assistance. I also appreciate how quickly they deliver my drive up orders when I'm in a rush and can't come inside.My only wish is that this location had a liquor store similar to the Deerfield location. It's great that you can also receive 5% off by using a Target Circle Card.”

“I enjoyed this Walmart mostly compared to the rest! Very big location + everything is stocked really Good!! ☺️ And LOL there was a floor cleaning machine driving around by itself which I thought was hilarious but it was doing a good job! ?”
“I had such a great experience with JCPenney Portraits! Everyone was friendly and really went out of their way to accommodate my requests and preferences during my portrait shots. They were quick to answer my questions over the phone, which made everything so easy. A special shout-out to Kim, the manager, and Nick, the photographer! They made the whole experience relaxed, and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them!”
“I enjoy this location but I wish they had a fuel station. I use the app(scan and go feature) when I'm in the store and did pickup once. It was very convenient. I also tried the order ahead from the cafe and that was great. That line can be pretty long. Ordered pizza to go and it was pretty good!”

“Overall the store is kept in pretty good shape for a new place. The front door about shut my alarm off but besides that the place was good I found everything that I needed! I picked up some Easter gift supplies add a little candy for myself LOL8 as far as customer service all the kids working at the front area where are very friendly welcome to me when I came in and told me to have a good day on the way out so that was nice. I would definitely recommend this location located in the same plaza as the Publix University Dr and Riverside Dr in Coral Springs”

I literally will travel out of the way and go in target (like I need an excuse ?) just to go to this Starbucks. And they are always willing to make my one year old a pup cup, which is her favorite thing in the world (besides Mrs Rachel ofc)”

“A friend of mine and I on Sunday, June 21, 2025, had the pleasant experience of shipping at Kohl's located in the Coral Square Mall. The experience was made pleasant, not by the exceptional cleanliness of the store , nor the well laid out items on display and not even by the reasonable priced items on sale and clearance ... but by the warmth and friendly service of the employees , especially the ladies at the counter processing the sale transactions. At the time we went ( 3:15 pm ), the store was not busily crowded, and we were able to shop in comfort . Shopping nowadays can be a hassle, but today, June 21,2025, it was a pleasure ...”
