“My girlfriend and I recently got new iphones. I called and spoke with Nelson, the store manager. We had some questions and needed their help. Nelson said come on in and we will help you. When we came in, Nelson said that Jared will help us. He was very approachable, friendly, considerate and helped us with all of our questions. At one point he became busy with another customer so Richard helped us both and again he was very approachable, friendly, considerate and answered all of our questions. A few days after we had some more questions and Nelson said to come on in. When we arrived a gentleman named Raheem helped us. Boy, let me tell you, this staff is wonderful. Raheem helped us with all of our questions and concerns. These guys are super. My girlfriend and I appreciated all that you all did for us.”
