“Purchased a grab and go popcorn chicken and the cashier told me it’s a bogo. However I just wanted one. As I was paying, a customer service associate came over to the register and told me it’s a bogo. I told her I just wanted the one. As I was walking out another customer service associate told me about the bogo and said I could always bring my receipt back later to claim the second one. I just thought it was really cool for three different people to make a point to let me know about the bogo. It was like they actually cared and pay attention to their customers. I didn’t catch anyone’s names but I appreciate each of them and hope they get the recognition they deserve.”

My recent visit to the Publix located at Sawgrass Center truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this store operates at a much higher standard than most supermarkets. The store is spotlessly clean, well organized, fully stocked, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and efficient. Even during a busy pre-holiday rush, every aisle looked full and well maintained, which speaks volumes about how well this location is managed.
What made this visit outstanding, however, was the customer service. The front-end management, especially a young woman with glasses (unfortunately I did not get her name), went above and beyond. Whether she was a supervisor or a manager, her professionalism, polite demeanor, and attentiveness stood out immediately. She handled guests with genuine care, ensured lines were moving smoothly, and personally made sure customers received the help they needed without hesitation. Her dedication was the highlight of the entire visit and a perfect example of what great leadership looks like in retail.
This level of care and cleanliness truly shows the difference between this Publix and other supercenters in the area. While some stores may feel rushed, understaffed, or poorly maintained, this Publix proves how strong customer service and proper management can elevate a shopping experience. Fast, friendly, well-stocked, and incredibly organized — it sets the bar very high.
I highly recommend the Publix at Sawgrass Center to anyone who values quality, cleanliness, and respectful, outstanding service. This is exactly the kind of place that keeps customers coming back.”

“The Publix looks great with the upgrade. I hadn't been to this Publix for a while. I used self checkout and asked for help on entering coupon. The guy helped me, however made me feel like I was trying to steal a couple of $1. He questioned what products I was using the coupons for when I was scanning. I worked at a grocery store when I was a kid. The system flags the coupon and doesn't proceed forward if an item doesn't match the coupon. Maybe they have a lot of theft in this store. I will be using my regular Publix from now on where people are friendly.”

“The pharmacist skipped lunch to get my medicine. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I was really sick. She could tell and she immediately helped me. By the time I got home, I was throwing up. She saved the day because if I waited for lunch to be over, I would’ve thrown up at the store.”

“I want to give 5 stars, but have to warn about this pharmacy’s assistant pharmacy manager’s unprofessional conduct and medication delay, guy who works Saturdays. While all the other pharmacy staff who work here are super helpful and genuinely caring, this specific man has consistently treated me with disdain and has recently compromised my access to essential medication that I successfully filled in May at this same pharmacy. This past weekend my provider sent my prescription there and I went to get this Sat and he apparently entered an improper generic code, which created an insurance rejection. More importantly, he failed to tell me about this when I went to pick up my prescription on Sat for the other meds. I only found out when I got home on Sat night. He even called that day before to ask me if I’m allergic to another medication but didnt mention anything about the delay for this. Leaving me without my main med . I had to call back Mon when a different pharmacist staff member helped me. When I talked with the other pharmacist on the phone they were initially confused but then immediately called me back and identified the error and resolved this issue and apologized and the pharmacy manager who I spoke with today reassured me it will be in the next day. Beyond this specific coding error, this pharmacy assistant manager talks down to me when they are working, dismisses my valid concerns and invalidates my experience. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, not subjected to a pattern of abuse and administrative negligence. Esp when I am well meaning and honest. I hope that management can review this pharmacist’s conduct and help with this very scary problem.”
“This is specifically the pharmacy, the retail experience is adequate and is usually complete. The pharmacy has either started to pay attention to the reviews or has better tech/staff as the last few times have been great. Pull up to drive through, recognized by name and on my way in 7 minutes. Each prior trip resulted in almost identified experience. My meds that's require orders ahead of time have been ready when it needs to be and the whole trip is quick and complaint free. I've got to say keep up the good work, whatever they have done it's making a positive difference in how people are seeing this pharmacy.”

Frozen 2 pounds 15$. U can't go wrong. N the rack of lamb. 2 racks in a pack frozen. 35$ to 50$. Delicious from New Zealand”
“I enjoy this location but I wish they had a fuel station. I use the app(scan and go feature) when I'm in the store and did pickup once. It was very convenient. I also tried the order ahead from the cafe and that was great. That line can be pretty long. Ordered pizza to go and it was pretty good!”

“The woman pharmacist who works here, I usually see her on the weekends, is the sweetest woman ever. I am forever having issues with my Florida blue insurance and she is just always so patient and understanding. She remembers you, will remember your name, always has a smile and a compliment ready, and being a post partum mom, it’s really made my days when I’ve went to pick up medications ♥️ (the rest of the staff is incredibly nice as well)”

“I would like to complement the curbside pickup team at this location. I ordered groceries for pickup at this location and once I arrived, I noticed that the spots are clearly marked. Once I checked in, within minutes, a young lady and a young man came out with my groceries and made sure that they were carefully placed in my vehicle and that nothing was dropped and then I was on my way. I will definitely order from this store again.”

“Loveliest pharmacy I've ever been to! I live a five minute walk from a different pharmacy, so I always just went there since it was convenient. A year or so ago, they didn't have a medication I needed in stock, so I had my doctor send it here. I was so pleasantly surprised! I've since switched to getting everything here.
My other pharmacy was very rude, even interrogating and blaming me when they made a mistake and gave me the wrong medication. Admittedly, I'm a very sensitive and anxious person. It was a small thing, but I started to get even more anxious about the idea of going to the pharmacy. I was even MORE scared to go to an unfamiliar pharmacy. I'm a creature of habit. It was such a relief when I went in, and the people there were NICE. I'm not at all offended by someone seeming tired or being a little short with me, because I understand any customer facing job is draining. But man is it pleasant when people are, well, pleasant!
They're also much faster at filling prescriptions. I don't run into them being out of stock often at all. They help you with coupons and savings cards. They aren't magic, they can't force your doctor to send the refill, or your insurance to approve the prior authorization, but once the ball is in their court, you don't need to worry about it. I don't have any complaints.Thanks guys!”
