βWhat an amazing job they did on my sonβs birthday cake . Publix cake was always good but this was above and beyond my expectations. I picked the lion king 1/2 sheet which they designed perfectly from the picture that I saw online when placing the order . The best part is instead of traditional birthday white or chocolate cake inside . I did a carrot cake with an Italian cream filling . We canβt stop eating it. A huge thanks to the bakerβ

My recent visit to the Publix located at Sawgrass Center truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this store operates at a much higher standard than most supermarkets. The store is spotlessly clean, well organized, fully stocked, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and efficient. Even during a busy pre-holiday rush, every aisle looked full and well maintained, which speaks volumes about how well this location is managed.
What made this visit outstanding, however, was the customer service. The front-end management, especially a young woman with glasses (unfortunately I did not get her name), went above and beyond. Whether she was a supervisor or a manager, her professionalism, polite demeanor, and attentiveness stood out immediately. She handled guests with genuine care, ensured lines were moving smoothly, and personally made sure customers received the help they needed without hesitation. Her dedication was the highlight of the entire visit and a perfect example of what great leadership looks like in retail.
This level of care and cleanliness truly shows the difference between this Publix and other supercenters in the area. While some stores may feel rushed, understaffed, or poorly maintained, this Publix proves how strong customer service and proper management can elevate a shopping experience. Fast, friendly, well-stocked, and incredibly organized β it sets the bar very high.
I highly recommend the Publix at Sawgrass Center to anyone who values quality, cleanliness, and respectful, outstanding service. This is exactly the kind of place that keeps customers coming back.β

We have worked with Rachel for a long time. Rachel is in charge of several of our weight loss centers!! Rachel ALWAYS strives for 100% excellence and consistent customer service! She is ALWAYS pleasant and kind and is quick to follow up with any questions or concerns. Amidst how busy she is she takes the time to speak with us about any sudden changes and always keeps us updated on delays. She should be congratulated on a job WELL DONE. We love her and appreciate all she does for us and its A LOT.!! Kathryn is another person to mention as she is so gracious and kind when you call. So helpful and professional. βThe Publix looks great with the upgrade. I hadn't been to this Publix for a while. I used self checkout and asked for help on entering coupon. The guy helped me, however made me feel like I was trying to steal a couple of $1. He questioned what products I was using the coupons for when I was scanning. I worked at a grocery store when I was a kid. The system flags the coupon and doesn't proceed forward if an item doesn't match the coupon. Maybe they have a lot of theft in this store. I will be using my regular Publix from now on where people are friendly.β
βKayme was great and provided everything i needed. She was so nice and kind to me. Right when i said im picking up for austin she knew exactly where it was and even remembered about another time she helped out my wife with her photos too. She always gives my family all our photos in great condition because she cares about her customers. Thank you Kaymeβ
βThe pharmacist skipped lunch to get my medicine. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I was really sick. She could tell and she immediately helped me. By the time I got home, I was throwing up. She saved the day because if I waited for lunch to be over, I wouldβve thrown up at the store.β
βThis was my b day cake and to be honest I was like diabetes here I come...but I actually enjoyed this cake for the sweet biscuits and freshly balanced cake this was phenomenal ? ? I would definitely order this again i enjoyed it. Thanks Publixβ

βThe woman pharmacist who works here, I usually see her on the weekends, is the sweetest woman ever. I am forever having issues with my Florida blue insurance and she is just always so patient and understanding. She remembers you, will remember your name, always has a smile and a compliment ready, and being a post partum mom, itβs really made my days when Iβve went to pick up medications β₯οΈ (the rest of the staff is incredibly nice as well)β

We have some unusual circumstances and they go above and beyond for our family and needs.If there is an issue they help resolve it. Communicate is A+, service is A+.Iβm so glad we found them. βI love Sam's. All my favorite items. Great prices. I love the wild caught sockeye salmon individual wrapped frozen. 2 pounds for 24$. N sometimes 3$ off. Also the ahi tuna steaks. Wild caught. Frozen 2 pounds 15$. U can't go wrong. N the rack of lamb. 2 racks in a pack frozen. 35$ to 50$. Delicious from New Zealandβ
βWarehouse was clean and the people very friendly. I went late so no samples outside of the dispenser. I was going to get a hotdog but was too late the restaurant was already closed so maybe next time.β

βI would like to complement the curbside pickup team at this location. I ordered groceries for pickup at this location and once I arrived, I noticed that the spots are clearly marked. Once I checked in, within minutes, a young lady and a young man came out with my groceries and made sure that they were carefully placed in my vehicle and that nothing was dropped and then I was on my way. I will definitely order from this store again.β

βI enjoy this location but I wish they had a fuel station. I use the app(scan and go feature) when I'm in the store and did pickup once. It was very convenient. I also tried the order ahead from the cafe and that was great. That line can be pretty long. Ordered pizza to go and it was pretty good!β

This week I had a Dexcom sensor fail on me and while Dexcom support wasn't much help, Diabetic Solutions stepped up and got my refills out to me a little early so I wouldn't be left without coverage. That kind of care and responsiveness means the world to me.β
