I’m recently able to run again after a motorcycle accident so I’m a bit of a special case when it came to finding the right pair of running shoes. He was super patient, informative and very helpful in finding me the perfect pair of running shoes to help make my ankle feel as little pain as possible. Overall great experience and a great guy in general!”

“This Review is for Maggie the Magnificent. She was just so knowledgeable about so many shoe brands that i was amazed. I explained to her that i would be taking my children to Disney world and i was comparing Hooka or Hoka to the now very Popular OC or On Clouds and after speaking with her i was most confident with my Cloud Tech purchase. She also assisted me in successfully setting up my Foot Locker membership and told me how to further take advantage of my membership by downloading the mobile app. As well i must mention Maggie did all this while assisting another customer who had received the wrong item from a shipping order. “i went to finish line for jordan sneakers for my grandson they didnt have his size so i ordered the item to pick up in store on tues dec 26 anyway i was told i could pick up the sneakers within 3 days got a notice it would be available around jan 4 2024 and my grandson would have to leave jan 1 2024 anyway the customer service phone # i called took forever and no good response i went into the store wed nite before closing and spoke to darlene very helpful she calmed me down and said i could exchange my order and have the item delivered to his address also a shout out to mike the manager i asked who he was tues when i was in a long line to place the order he was very diligent to get another register open and very observantant of all of us i was in customer service for years im retired but loved seeing him doing a great job and also darlene”
