“I stopped into the Aerie just planning to be the “sidekick” for my friend who needed a bathing suit bottom for our girls’ trip. Instead, it turned into one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in a long time!
Monica and her team were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, Monica made us feel welcomed and excited to shop. She helped us step outside of our comfort zones and encouraged us to try pieces we normally wouldn’t have picked up. It honestly felt like we were having our own little fashion show in the store.
By the time we were ready to check out, we loved so many things we were trying to narrow down what to buy. Monica told us about the discount for opening a store credit card, and it ended up saving us hundreds of dollars—so we were able to get everything we wanted.
Because of Monica’s amazing customer service and the fun atmosphere her team created, we actually came back the very next day to shop again! She truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and Monica and her team made this one of the most enjoyable shopping trips we’ve had in years.

“Great experience! Julio is a super salesman in the shoe department. He knew all the aspects of the shoes and I bought a pair of Brooks and Nike. I had been through Hokas and On Clouds. And wanted something different with great support and comfort. He showed me the Brooks Glycerin and Nike Vomero. Excellent fit and colors to choose from. Also picked up a new gym bag and 2 pair of shorts.”
