“My husband had ordered the wrong part.It was storming & my phone wasn't working,because we both tried call to see if my truck was going to be done that day.When I called later, she apologized, said she tried call because the parts where wrong,they had gotten the right parts & my truck was ready.one day service, our fault for getting the wrong parts& our phones not working. Yes, it was more money but,everyone else was saying next week and I need it done right away. Thank you ,for a great job.”

“I've done business with this chain of parts stores before bumper to bumper bought them out and I've always been happy with everything this was my first time to this specific store but they held up to the same service I've received from the others, the guys know what they're doing and the parts are a good quality the company I was getting parts for had not set up their account with this specific store but they called the one I do business with the most and they handled it for me so I wasn't out of pocket for the cost, thank God I recommend this place for anyone in the area needing parts for regular vehicles, construction equipment, commercial trucks etc.”

“Half way between Gulfport MS and Orlando FL we had stopped and noticed transmission fluid all under our vehicle. Looking at shop reviews I chose John Bryan’s to call and see if they could inspect to see if they could figure where fluid came from. As soon as we got there they immediately pulled it in a bay on the lift and sent in the air to inspect. Within 10 minutes they found where the fluid had come from and thoroughly explained possibilities of our issue. I would recommend Mr. John and his team to anyone. This day and age honesty and trustworthy are few and far between in the automotive world, but they fit that description to a T.”
