“Stopped by the Cox store today because our puppy chewed through our modem power cord. John was awesome! He greeted us with a big smile, even held the door for us. Super kind and easy to talk to no pushy sales pitch at all.

“Good job today Alex. You did great 👍! I enjoyed working with you and getting it all squared away. I will more than likely add my lines to plan too. I had to switch my parents to a whole new service from a substandard phone service and also moved to AT&T home wifi new Att. It took forever. But I was kind if expecting that. Old carrier was a little difficult giving up transfer code to move our original numbers. Also the credit check was over the top long on someone that it 76 years old with great credit. Felt like we were buying a car. But I get it with all the fraud now days. Alex was patient and helpful. Thank you again.”
