“After being with Verizon for 25 years and lied to. I wasn’t expecting the service that I got yesterday 9-22-26 when I went into T-Mobile. Barb the manager made me feel welcomed and she was concerned about what we needed for service. She got right to it and gave us the best deal ever. She was the most knowledgeable person and the customer service was amazing. At the end of the day she made the switch painless. We are very happy so glad we found her. Don’t hesitate to check out the Crystal River store and tell Barb Dianna sent you! You won’t be sorry!”

“I didn't actually buy anything, my phone was critically low so I went into the store needing a charge. I was at the tail end of an 8 hour road trip. The staff were very understanding and accommodated me. I don't use their company services but that didn't stop them from treating me with plenty of hospitality as I charged my devices. Absolute life savers.”
