This was an insurance sponsored rental but I was treated like the number one customer. Cristhian was quick and extremely professional when I received the car and upon return. “I've been having car issues for a almost a month and have had to get a rental. The ease of booking online, doing everything prior to going to counter and walking in inserting credit card walking out in 10min of that is amazing. This location doesn't have much cars but the young man at front desk guest service always helps. Has taught me some pointers about renting also. Been 4 weeks earned a few free days i can use at any time. I will confound to rent from them when I need a car. The credit card holding fee is 250 only downside I feel the more you rent and are a member it should go down but it is what it is.”
